- Attempting to read for 24 hours... but I can't read for 24 hours straight so let's have a readathon weekend and see if I can manage to read for 24 hours in a weekend! Allie was away and I was solo parenting, so it gave me a bit more me time to read! I went on a bit of a thriller kick and read a bunch, plus some fantasy and nonfiction (aka a parenting book)

I LOVED Listen for the Lie! Such a great book! You make me want to try a reading marathon! I think a reading sleepover with friends who all read would be the best though. Books, snacks, little breaks of talking about your books. I’ve debated on going to a book retreat even as they sound like so much fun!

Some books are definitely quicker reads than others - I’m reading this series Famous Five for Adults and they’re quick reads, not just cause they’re only about 100 pages long. I’m also ready these 4 book multi-author series that are quick reads too - Outback Brides - Outback Babies
