all pouring paints were mixed 1 part paint, 2 parts Owatrol Floetrol and small bit of water until I was happy with the consistency.

At first I thought, ‘I don’t understand how much paint it takes and how blobs of paint could possibly be something,’ but now, I’m glad I stayed watching this- it looks both realistic and abstract!

This is the first piece that play with my senses. Watching you blow on the paint and seeing the colors do their thing was so dimensional. I love that it had volume and it had a wet look. Almost like flowing silk. Thanks for sharing.

Okay this is much much harder than it appears! I’ve never done this technique but I figured it would take a few tries! First try: I don’t think my paint was thin enough so when I blew it it didn’t move much. I blew harder and sprayed purple paint all over- but not petals! Be prepared to get the white background paint on your shirt from the near edge of your canvas when you blow. I think I needed a more generous under layer of the white, and thinner colored paint. This takes a LOT of paint! I got a cool painting but mine isn’t a 🌸! I’ll keep trying!❤️Thanks for the inspiration Erica!
