Excellent utilization of space. Makes other floor plans look dated and clumsy. For variation swap back bedroom and kitchen for a open less cramped feel.

Beautiful house, everything you need. But my only problem is the porch. If you use the place from the porch for the house, you could do everything bigger. Bigger bathroom with a tube and a bigger living room. And if the entrance and porch would be on the side than you can put the sofa facing the t.v. Then it would be perfect.

Siiiiiiiiii !!! Que bbbiiiiieeeeeeen !!!¡ Al final si que es posible una casita de 6 x 8 como lo estoy idoneando yo . Bueno... como vivo sola mi dibujo reparte el espacio ha lo justo. 1 dormitorio con vestidor , baño , cocina comedor salon. Pero me slegro que siiiii es posible, y que mi plan pude convertirse en realidad. Hay Padre Nuestro de los cielos ayudame ha definitivar esto.

So, two doors into the bathroom means you have to remeber to close and lock two doors if you don;'t want someone walking in on you whuile you're taling a dump... and be awake enough to rememebr to unlock both of them afterward if you're using the bathroom in the middle of the night - AND be awake enough to be as silent as possible so as not to wake the people asleep in the bedroom with the sliding (not very soundproof) door into the bathroom.... Not very practical.
And the big double doors into the kitchen combined with the door into the bathroom leave no space for a TV on the wall the couch faces, so the TV has to go on a wall that is sideways on to the couch....
Pretty to look at but not very practical for day-to day life.
It is, however, better than many small-house designs in that the kitchen and ivingroom are separate rooms with doors between them so they can be used by different people at the same time without each disturbing the other. so it does gain back some practicality points.
