MG has launched the second generation of its MG 7 model, which boasts a sleek and sporty exterior design, along with a modern interior that features a large 33-inch screen for both the instrument panel and infotainment system. The 2023 MG 7 is equipped with a powerful turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, capable of producing 192 kW of power and 405 Nm of torque. These impressive figures represent a 24 kW and 45 Nm increase over the 2.0-liter turbo found in the local HS SUV. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, which is not a dual-clutch unit like most of MG's transmissions.
The MG 7 is a mid-size sedan that measures 4884 mm in length, 1889 mm in width, and 1447 mm in height, with a 2778 mm wheelbase. These dimensions make the MG 7 slightly longer, wider, and taller than the Toyota Camry, although it has a shorter wheelbase of 47 mm. With its powerful engine and sleek design, the MG 7 is an exciting addition to the mid-sized sedan market and is sure to turn heads on the road.

@@strnythebeast2708 Unfortunately the only MG7 in Europe is the old Rover 75. This new model isn't available as a hybrid or EV so as far as I'm aware won't be sold. The MG6 saloon wasn't a great success although it did well enough in British Touring Car racing. Maybe that has also put MG off

@@mac7944 that is a good price. Unfortunately the government place a vrt charge on new vehicles. But still the current mg lune up on sale here is beating all of its competition. I really hope this continues. I love the suv they sell here, it is the perfect family car. The mg7 is a beauty though. The Marvel is also one to watch, it will beat Renault megane id4 actually all of them. What is needed here now are mg stand alone sales garages, give it another year or so, keep pushing the brand don't spare the luxury trim and long range keep the price below the rest. 👍❤️

Very nice design. Can’t say the engine reflects the sporty design of this car though. Hopefully MG has put some effort into corrosion protection, it’s certainly an area Chinese manufacturers have been falling a bit short.
A lot of Chinese saloons operate on the nice styling/low power principle. There are bespoke VW models that look great for example but have small engines and low bhp output

The side mirror placement is ugly. Alot of cars these days plop the mirrors on the side door and it looks rediculous.

The plastic mouldings are very artistic and stylish. There are some very memorable curves juxtaposed with straight lines and contrasting surfaces with innovative textures. The interior is an extravagance of amazing opulence, clearly aimed at those who are in a state of relaxed ease about their sense of entitlement.
The wing mirrors are first class, and so is the variable geometry self retracting rear spoiler.

yes there real, there just a bit small, but not a big problem for a daily driver car, or a car that is meant to be appearance over performance which is good for daily drivers.

You get as much soup as you pay for. We're you expecting Mercedes quality at this price. If you can afford a high end German, then go for it. Just know that you won't be getting any more reliability where it matters. Engine and Transmission.

Aparentemente con buena presencia pero sin alma, no voy a catalogarlo de copia, más bien diré que se inspira en muchos coches diferentes, habría que ver si pasaría la exigente EUROENCAP,el MG ZS sólo obtuvo 3 estrellas…, por ejemplo comparado con el pequeño Toyota Yaris 2020 que obtuvo 5 estrellas creo que deja mucho que desear, espero que mejoren en seguridad.

Not on sale due to no EV or hybrid options. MG6 saloon struggled so might of put MG off. Styling is good though and I wouldn't be against it
