This fight was always going to come down to one question "did Leo have anything that could de-morph Jason or pierce his armour?" because as long as Jason stays morphed Leo has no chance. It's simply a matter of scale, the Turtles are badasses but the big villains they struggle to even beat are on the same level as the monsters the Rangers kill on a regular basis. The rangers have always been Earth's last and only defense against enemies that want to conquer or even destroy the Earth as such they have to be able to both harm and be harmed by world destroyers. Out of morph Leo would have won.

He’s actually super OP, it’s just that he lives in a world where monsters that could destroy cities constantly appear and he looks weak compared to the other S-class heroes. Like when Genos practically destroyed a mountain along with the house of evolution in his basic first form. Genos in present day (Web-Comic) is way more powerful than he was in season 1 and 2. Also there’s one detail, In the recent manga, Genos got a SUPER OP new body/upgrade and we haven’t seen it yet in action... How is this gonna go⁉️ My questions are: 1.- How are they gonna adapt War-Machine to death-battle? Since in some versions he can destroy planets but in others can be pounded pretty easily by not-that-powerful characters. 2.- Genos has a new body-armour that’s extremely powerful, but we haven’t seen it in action yet (in a proper fight). Are they gonna mention that in Death-Battle or just assume that power?

i mean did he really win, tmnt had a lot more versions that that could have included that were cut from being used. while the more comedy ones made sense it looks like they cut the original comics and a few other ones that were reasonable. in fact it looks like they limited it to as little as three versions. remember that in many versions the turtles face robotic enemy like the mousers, in those versions they have regularly been shot at with lasers, that they dodged or even reflected. this was a pity win were they just kept nerfing leo till the ranger could win.
i mean the reason he loses is that he sucks at picking his opponents. he always fights those way out of his league head on. but here that problem doesn't matter as its not up to his shitty intuition who he is fighting. he definitely is faster than war machine, and almost certainly has the durability advantage. he doesn't have as many different weapons as war machine but the weapons he does have are much more versatile and have more max firepower. yes he loses all the time, even if that is the joke of his character he is still very powerful, and deathbattle won't care about his joke, they care how strong is he.
@@thefilthycasual6402 you know i did think about that later, genos is able to take more damage and keep going, but your probably right about the durability. in fact that durability may be war machines only shot at winning. i am sure genos is much faster with better reflexes, his mind is a computer and all plus he uses thrusters in explosive bursts to move in complicated and precise manners at much higher speeds than a human could endure. and war machine is ultimately a human in a suit, so he should be limited by g forces, not that i think the authors took that into account, but hey he should. physical strength may go to ether of them really. but firepower, genos can fire off a beam from his hands that incinerated everything, including the ground in a line, it was roughly 5-6 meters wide or about the same in yards. war machine would need special armaments to do that, which im sure would slow him down, a lot. but genos has that ability at all times. he also was upgraded more after that even, though this was one of the most serious and detailed fights we have seen him in, despite it being a training session. calling it his max output is a safe bet. i think it will come down to can war machine catch genos before genos breaks through his armor.

honestly in terms of power level Cyborg is actually pretty modest for a DC Character, yeah he has a few neat tricks and Grail (Darkseid's daughter) considers him to be the most dangerous member of the League, but most of his best feats revolve around his hacking and Boom Tubes, he's basically the tech expert to end all tech experts. without power-ups his best feat is his shield blocking an Ultra Violet Lantern blast.

Barring offscreen trickery, I'd say superman generally has this, he's strong enough to break time by punching too hard and immune to time-freezing or induced aging and resistant to reality warping any weaker than the 5th dimension, which in DC means the multiverse around the multiverse around the normal multiverse. Even then he once broke a dimension mxyzptlk made where the rule of reality was "superman loses". Plus his powers DO count as solar energy for many purposes, such as that time a vampire bit him and exploded, so it's possible that could trigger the omnitrix's vulnerability to solar flares and electromagnetic pulses
