Short analysis with chapter 8 spoilers: sounds like the singer is Ch'en, directing words to Talulah. Since she was essentially possessed by Kashchey, her rage and pain became twisted, essentially causing the whole plot of the Reunion storyline. Ch'en calls her back to their youth, the time before Talulah became the Kashchey's heir like the ending of chapter 8
Honestly, this is what I’ll have to settle with. I’m not 100% confident in a few lines.
The second line, “now ..... and soulless”. I swear I hear it start with a “b” and end with a “t” sound, but it could be any variation that sounds similar. Blant? Bland? Blank? Plant? I have no idea, but bland or blank seems to make the most sense in the context.
I initially heard the chorus as “his pleading soul”, but after listening several time I think they say “bleeding”. Or fleeting? I’m uncertain. I also am not confidant that it ends with “fate”, but I can’t really think of another word that fits the sound and context.
The line “you’ve sunken to the abyss” is very possibly “you’ve sunk in to the abyss”. The nuance in meaning is so minor that it really doesn’t matter, but the latter is probably proper English. At least it conveys the same idea either way.

I concur with your lyrics; makes sense that the entity possessing Tatulah "yearns for her fate" and whose rage is causing her to "fall into the abyss", resulting in her actions.

The long version only pops the lyrics once and at the end, unlike the 4 min album version. I prefer this one because in game you're reading text alongside the music. Also the next iterations of the theme have the flute accompanying with variations. I also love the beginning of the song, it has such a majestic vibe. But with context, it's also the feeling of rising to justice with courage.
And I thought Ch'en was gonna be just another side character back then
