There not making anymore land so get what you can now if you find a deal like you did on this 97 acres.
And it is a really nice 97 acres to mostly being flat and not hilly where you can't use it. Really great move on your part young man.

If I were you I wouldn't sell the home and property your living in now,I would lease it out to someone who will take care of it.
Or do your own airb&b set up but don't go through that company because you lose alot of money in fees to airb&b.
I watch another channel up in west Virginia called WWOG wild wonderful off grid with Josh and Erin and 3 kids and 73 acres of farm land. They built there own A frame home and now building a bedroom wing off the back with a safe storm shelter room incased in concrete.
Theh also just finished a rental home they completely remodeled and there going to start doing short rental stays through there own website so there making all the $$$.
So you can do that also and bring in alot of money and keep buying and short term renting and hire a manager to take care of the properties for you and just keep building your portfolio of income properries for the future incase CZcams takes a dump one day.
Have fun while your young but don't trust that CZcams or other social media platforms will be there for definite income.
Do it also while your young so you will be set when you're 55 and into the future.
Build build build for your future and it will also be your kids future if and when that happens.
With the liberals and progressives in power we don't no what or where this country will be headed in 15 20 yrs or even well before that.
There not the smartest people in america but they are greedy and this stupid climate crap is juat a huge cash cow for them in congress and all there families and friends.
There stealing from us daily so plan now for your future and think about going total solar so your off grid and don't depend on utilities or government for anything.
That's what Josh & Erin in WV have done.there totally self sufficient now.they put up a bug solar aray and it powers everything they have. Fossil fuels will probably be extinct if the bozos in Washington get there way.
So plan to be self sufficient as you can.
You just have to be very wise with your future and money.

@ Braydon Price one way you could get those trees out of the semitary is bye putting and tieing a rope around the upper part of the tree cutting it down low and put the other end of the rope to your truck and when someone cuts the tree you floor it, so the tree don't fall on the graves.

I got a Really private 2 acre lot 3 years ago. I wish I could have got more. But its in a really good spot and there is forests all around including 100s of acres of Conservation land. I honestly have CRIED on the property MORE than one time.. Its soooo amazing to work your ass off and have something REALLY AWESOME... Bro you have!!! Never take shit for granted and you will continue to work hard and PLAY hard.

My grandfather owned 88 acres, and the neighboring property was about 213 acres. The owner was going to jail for smuggling narcotics into county jail as a jail guard, an needed to get some money. He sold us 213 acres for about $97 per acre. so now we have just over 300 acres full of whitetail deer, flooded timber, and an X for waterfowl. We also own one small pond and one 2-acre fishing pond. We are very thankful for our land and I plan to be a Game Warden up there as an adult!

To have that much hardwood is just insane! Thatâs some great land, to create some bedding for deer just clear cut a few acres in the middle of your property, itâll grow some bedding within a year or two
From what I understand the littler unmarked stones are actually slaves or servants ⊠my old boss had the same thing on his property on the Hudson River he had like 10 marker big headstones and probably a dozen slave graves

You may already know this but if you check them pump houses out and they still have the pressure tanks and switch.. you can run one off a generator and have running water for the camper until you can get power company out there.

Think about this, some of those people were patriots and fought in or helped in the American Revolution and also fought in the Civil War. There's so much history on the property, and you should get someone who is good at metal detection and see what you find. That's something you can do during this dead period of no hunting
