For round 11, it says to sc4, 2c. And I know that means 2 single crochet, and an increase. How does that add up to 70? I redid mines over and over again and I cant get my stiches to be 70. What did I do wrong? round 10 was 63 stitches so its impossible for the next round to be 70

Sorry for reply so late.You can use yarn size 5mm. But you will get small size than this video 1-2cm. This video is bigger size.You can change to yarn size 4mm. You will get size 56-58 cm.😊

This pattern for crochet hook size 5mm. and yarn size 5 -6mm. If you use crochet hook size 4mm. Your hat will be to small.(56-58 cm.).My English very poor I’m not sure you will understand my words or not.😅😂
