Dang that looked so good!! Haven't gotten around to getting/finding lobster in this mountain state but I did make the pork chop last night. My 15yr old granddaughter thought it sounded wonderful so I followed your recipe and man! My 13yr old said it was the best pork chop she's ever tasted. I think so too. 15yr old went with a spoon & scraped the bottom of the pan of the juices after she ate her 1lb chop (biggest), finished mine & was still roaming the kitchen for more. I think 13yr old finished hers just so 15 wouldn't have any more haha! I'll be making that again for sure!

Can’t go wrong with fresh seafood 🦞 🍤 and/or fish 🍣. My grandmother used to make us haddock broiled in butter 🧈. Tasty meal on a budget.
