Watching this again as well as more storylines from the past ten years and it’s interesting how quickly we forget what leads up to situations. While I totally agree that Leanne should not have slept with Steve when he and Michelle were on a break, it reminds me of when Michelle slept and had a thing with Peter just after he and Leanne had broken up, and when Carla had an affair with Peter when Leanne was married to him (yes, Leanne also had a bit of a thing with Nick but we all know about that toxic/ destructive relationship circa 1997). I was totally on Michelle’s side when it came to Steve because he should have owned up to sleeping with Leanne right from the beginning and maybe it wouldn’t have been such a betrayal. BUT that being said, Steve has always been a dog and I don’t know how anyone trusts him when it comes to relationships and I’m sick of women being nasty to other women.
