I really love coming back to this channel. Every time I'm here I have a feeling I'm taking a little trip back to Sweden. Will make sure to make my wife feel special today, she is a hero for being awesome mother and wife
Thanks for giving us such informative Swedish lessons! Would you consider making comprehensible input videos/shorts in simple Swedish as well? Have a great day!
Astrid Lindgren is my very favourite author...Love Pipi Långatrump & Karlsson på Taket & Bröderna Lejonhjärta. 🤗👏👍 Thanks for the Swedish women's liberation lesson. Very interesting.
❤️ Thanks for your endless love and support you have shown me. I’m forever grateful. I really appreciate your unconditional love and support towards me... Where are you watching from?
They deserve a whole youtube video about them🥰 🙂 We are planning to make an Abba special. Like we said in the video "there are of ourse more women to mention" on this list and that includes all those we didn't mention due to time constrains.

This was wonderfully informative and I love a chance to hear native Swedish (markedly different from Duolingo, haha!). Thanks so much for all the hard work you put into these videos, I appreciate them.
I am very pro all the women on this list, and as a woman myself love to learn about these women, I can’t help but be confused that you put women of science and those helping young girls be educated in sex education, reporting from dangerous places around the world, to then have zara larson (someone who openly has said she’s pro man hating, which is not at all what equality or feminism is about) is just insulting, off the top of my head I’d say another brilliant Swedish singer such as Tove lo is a magnificent singer and feminist and songwriter.
Really? Really?? You didn’t mention Birgit Nilsson?! Most regard her as the best soprano who has ever lived. And Jenny Lind?? Not her either? Minor criticisms aside, we love your videos. Keep them coming!
We would have liked to include ALL important women in Swedish history but we couldn't due to time constrains but we do say in the video "There are of course more women to mention" and that includes Birigit Nilsson and Jenny as well 🙂 But I think its great that you mention them in the comment section so more people can learn about them! Maybe we can make another video about them in the future 🙂

0:36 Similar sounding is not an accident. These words are cognates. They have common ancestor in Proto-West Germanic - "kwenā" (which means "woman").
