Pixar Pals Countdown To Fun! presented at Disney's Hollywood Studios celebrates everyone's favorite Pixar characters in a fun cavalcade! The parade makes its way down Hollywood Boulevard and features stars from the Disney Pixar films, including:
"The Incredibles," "A Bug's Life," "Ratatouille," "Monsters, Inc.," "Up," and "Toy Story," as well as colorful, energetic Pixar Pals dancers.

I'm so glad I watched this before I go back down there. Block Party Bash was so much better. I'm sure going to miss not having a midday parade I would like to see at Hollywood Studios
I am so geeked going to Disneyworld in April with 4 year old grandson, his first time this is gonna be a blast!

I LOVE this parade and I don't understand the people who are complaining about it. It's so cute and fun! I love the Bugs Life and Toy Story dancers.
@MsMissy528 I agree! And for me, I loved Disney Stars and Motor Cars Parade than both of them (although I have not seen the new parade, er, crud cavalcade). Somebody come up with a newer procession, with both the Pixar and classic Disney Characters together, if possible!
I was there lmao ! :D I didn't get a good view but u know, ppl these days, but it was an awzm parade & when toy story came out everybody cheered ;)
I just got back from disney and saw this. I wish i saw the other one but this was fine
I remember when Block Party Bash left DCA, and I heard about Pixar Play Parade, I was very skeptical, but I ended up LOVING Pixar Play Parade, I cannot imagine losing Block Party Bash for this disaster. This is horrible- A slap in the face to Block Party Bash and also Pixar Play Parade.
They did a good job on the costumes (Especially Up)!
Interesting. The parade is coming from the opposite direction as it did when I worked there in December.

i like the idea of bringing more of the movie characters into dhs but maybe a new choreographer for the parade would help.
The 23 people who liked this are the executives and managers who made sure the Block Party was cut down severely.
@JTGarrysMod I was thinking the same thing! There were no other villains in the parade and Lotso is one of the most heartless

@tigerman1016 Look I have nothing against the performers! I think you guys do a great job with what you have been given and give a 110%! You're really the best part of the parade. I'm just trying to get the word to Disney that people aren't happy with the parade. It might not change the parade in it's current state, I'm well aware of that, but Disney and TDO should know when the make a mistake. I'm sorry if you don't appreciate me or others trying to help but you guys make the parade!
@tigerman1016 I definitely understand what you mean. I don't think people are trying to reach executives on youtube but we are just expressing our disapointment which I know you as performers share. I know it's hard to go out there & do something you aren't proud of, but you guys don't let it show! I have so much respect for WDW performers and thanks for always putting on a great show no matter what. We as an audience don't want to bring you down we just want a high quality parade like you do!

I'm just continually disappointed with the laziness of Disney World. They bring something that was already done in California, but awesome nonetheless, and they strip it of most of its value. Guess what folks, did you ever see what would happen when Block Party had rain? They would motor down the street, make no show stops, and play music. It was a 7 minute parade...in short...THIS. But, you know what, I'm sure it's cheaper, so bravo Team Disney, bravo.
I can't decide if I am sad that this parade is going away. I mean it is an okay parade. The characters don't really interact with the crowd, which is my favorite part of parades. But on the other hand there is going to be no more parades at DHS for a while which is lame. At least this parade provided entertainment and has some cute floats.

So, Disney takes absolutely no feedback into consideration when deciding on in-park entertainment? They don't do surveys, appraise letters/emails from guests, listen to informal feedback from social media? Somehow I sincerely doubt that. Disney hasn't gotten to the monolith it is today by putting blinders on and ignoring guest feedback. Granted, they may have to mitigate that with cost and operational considerations, but to say we should just shut up & accept something sub-par is ludicrous.
@dodgergurl24 If the complaints are so irritating, then don't read them. There's nothing forcing you to scroll down and read the comments. People are just commenting on how bad the parade is.

Bang On The Drum All Day by Todd Rundgren but it's a really old song and it's not the version you're looking for. I'm looking for Disney's version too.

@mmm522 i know how hard it is to even get something out on the street, its irritating cuz half these people don't and if you think writing a letter to disney world is gonna make them change anything about the parade. you're crazy

They took BPB and made it into a cheap copy of DCA's Pixar Play Parade.
If you were disappointed in this parade as I was I encourage you to send a letter to Disney about it.

I see this parade and it just makes me sad. I feel like it just needs more. Its not special. I realize that its a Drive- By parade but while its not to my preference at least CDCT has a large amount of characters. This parade has so few. Add Potato Head and Bo and any other pixar character around. I also can't believe that they are only 2 characters on that huge monsters float. Ridiculous! The performers put a lot of energy in and you can tell but the whole thing is just eh.
@CPpopedd Please tell me you're joking right? This is pathetic, this is the Block Party Bash floats either re used or cheaply painted. This is Block Party Bash without the showstops, amazing acrobats, hilarious live Green Army Men, oh and challenging choreography. Oh yes so much better than Block Party who would want to see that when you can watch this...sarcasm...very much intended.
@tigerman1016 You really need to be more careful about what you are sharing on this public site if you are a performer. Don't assume your supervisors aren't reading them.

If you're going to write letters you should probably learn how to spell basic words like disappointed.
