@@paolobianconi495cause you identify as white. Did you hear what they said about Angel Reese and other Black players. They want even recognize me and others when we said Angel Reese and LSU was the reason we started watching WNBA. What about the WNBA only gave Clark and her team a charter plane and the rest had to fly commercial. You don't see that as racism. Don't be one them.

@EverFox-cw2ho all the OGs are jealous of Clark because she has brought attention to a league they never could in its 28-years of existence. They're also hate that Clark is a straight white small town Midwestern girl with traditional family values. A majority of the league is gay.

Too many around the WNBA have created a subculture of bitterness and blame of others for their own failings to become popular. The most ironic part about this is that they all had the same opportunity that Clark did, to build their own legend. It's shocking how basic logic eludes so many professionals and even millions of people who can't understand that joining front-runner Monopoly talent teams buries stars instead of building them. They all had the chance to join a unique team and build their own Legend, but only Clark had the courage to actually do this. Imagine if Paige Buecker's had gone to Minnesota. Then she could have built an incredible parallel Legend entwined with Caitlin Clark's. But now she's just another Ucon player... She won't have near the following that Clark brought into the WNBA from Iowa, and she could have had the entire state of Minnesota... Exhibit A look at the Connecticut Sun who never sold out a game, even though they're in this so-called great basketball state of UConn, until Caitlin Clark came to town.
Aja Wilson had the same opportunity but she chose to join front-runner South Carolina, just like those who go to Baylor, LSU etc. The WNBA is not a respected league so if you fail to build your star in college and don't bring your own fans with you then it's too late - you'll never be a superstar trying to build within a league that does not have the zeitgeist.

Because NBA players know about basketball and the WNBA IS LIKE A SMALL CLUB WHERE THEY ADORED A SMALL GROUPS OF IDOLS THAT NOBODY KNOWS OUT OF THEIR CLUB.

This is exactly it. And not just players, the little cliques who were all alone covering the WNBA as a niche are all full of venom for the league savior. Fools honestly. I alsways said, much of the WNBA coverage and fan channels it's not about basketball.

Just because they don't fall to their knees and worship her... that isn't hate.
Just because they bust her ass and compete ..doesn't equate to racism.
So because she sells tickets, other players should take it easy on her? They shouldn't have told her the truth... that she was going to struggle?

Clearing up misinformation…your channel’s namesake gave up her covid “bonus” year and declared for the draft after a true 4-year college career. After learning that Caitlin only played for 4 years (and hit her records in 4 years) the legendary Sheryl Swoopes addressed the error and reached out to CC.
