I hope that there are some non-horsey people watching; because Esme makes equestrianism interesting... That's a rather good marketing phrase in all honesty. :)
I was! But when I saw Esme first video she inspired me to ask my friends about the manege! ❤
Me watching even though I have 4 equine qualifications and am a riding coach: 👁️👄👁️
I really enjoy your educational content, it’s lovely to get a reminder and to see others are able to learn in a non-judgemental environment 🥰
Is it just me or does Esme look so nice in a high ponytail!!! ❤
yes, ofc she can rock almost anything!
@@horseobsession ofc she can!!!
I loved the nicknames for the different parts of the horses body! You are, in all honesty, the most amazing equestrian I’ve ever watched on CZcamsr! Your Instagram posts/stories are amazing, and so are your CZcamsr videos, vlogs and of course podcasts! It’s just amazing how much time you take to make all these amazing videos and the fact that you just being you is also amazing, you include humour into your videos and you don’t pretend to be anyone else but yourself!! Can’t wait for Friday’s video as well, Esme!!
Who loves esme she is the first person that i wachtd at CZcams and I lerend a lot from her videos ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi I love whoching your flim, AND I used to help train Walsh mountain ponies with a friend. And he remind me off them SO much and THANK YOU for all your time filming and your dad .👍👍👍👍AND a BIG pat for duke .
Watching that’s how u spell it but not trying to be mean❤
^watching
this has really helped jog my memory as I may be starting to ride again soon after 6 years of having sever panic attacks and this is and Esme are recalling helping me build confidence again- even when I didn't ride I still watched Esme ❤
As a biologist is so strange to hear those terms. The knee is actually the horse's wrist, the real knee is where the stifle is. The hock, on the other hand, is like our heel.
I was just about to say that. 😉
Maybe it's British biology. 😉
The evolution of the horse is so interesting. hard to believe that they were the size of a cat.
I absolutely adore Duke 🐎🌟🥰
I would walk him through the town
Like a puppy lol lol
This is really helpful for my equine level 2 college for biology
I LOVED The croup😂 what is my favorite analogy!!
These horse analogies are so strange but I love them 😂❤
Duke is the cutest! When you first got him he was a dark gray with a light mane, but now he is really light gray with a dark mane. Duke has changed so much. I love your ponies. Duke's mane and forlock has gotten thinner also, it used to be huge and fluffy. I think he is the cutest little mountain pony ever!
Esme you forgot the poll 😄🌾Love your videos 🌾🐎🤗
And the ears! But so much to remember!
thanks Esme love this helped me learn some parts that i did not know and a help to remember and i also would love to say love you and your channel 60% of my horse knowledge has come from you and i recently got your yearbook!
Yay! As an avid watcher but a non-equestrian I love it when you do beginner or informative videos, always fun to learn something new.
Thanks Esme!
This helped me so much with my points of the horse pony club test!
And i passed!
Thank you so much for making this video esme, it helped a lot ❤
Duke is my fav!! So excited to watch ❤
Let’s get esme to 1 mil❤❤

@@MissJools11 I'm a vet... What do you think?

Hi esme!!!!!! I love that you do this series for some of the beginners that watch your channel. I have a friend who is just getting into horses so I told her to watch you and she as already learned so much! I love you so much, you are gorg and your horses as well!
She even has been asking me to quiz her on all things horsey lol!!

Loved this video because I learnt more about horses' anatomy.
Video Ideas that I would LOVE to have:
Improve your seat to not hurt horses' back
Parts of a saddle
Putting on strange tack (martingale, breastplate, crupper)
I love your videos, Esme! It would be cool if you could make a jumping video for the beginner series (when are you ready to start jumping/jumping position). ❤
Great video! Very educational!

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
❤❤
I L❤ve Your videos
please can you do a video on arena maintenance it would realy help alot of people
Very helpful video. Thank you! ❤ I liked all of the terms but I liked Cannon Bone analogy much. I'm a beginner rider and I really struggle with keeping the horse I'm learning on in trot, getting her to canter and couldn't keep her in canter. She is always slows down and doesn't listen to my aid. My trainer says that this horse is very lazy and that I need to kick harder. I've had the same problem with lazy horses across riding schools. And I'm learning now for years. I really would like to learn how to get a really lazy horse go forward and keeping that pace. Also having to constantly kicking a horse through the whole lesson is tiring and doesn't sound right. Is there any trick in kicking? Anything I can try instead of constantly kicking hard? A beginner video of this subject would be really helpful.
Hi Esme, when will your new book be out ( maybe sometime in January)
I have a question can you make a video we’re you tack him up but do what he’s comfortable with ive been watching you since you just had Mickey❤
I know most of them from pony club 😂
Esme you are amazing ps you forgot the poll
esme what mic do you use on your shirt
Does anyone know if she will do an advent calendar video this year?
I am obsessed with horses and litrally know ereything😂😂😂😂😂
Do you know where the Cardiac Sphincter is located in the Horse? Also, true or False, can Horses burp?
No a horse can’t burp and the cardiac sphincter is the bit that prevents horses from vomiting
Hi Esme! I know all of the parts, but I think this isn’t really surprising, I am a showjumper and a liberty trainer, I am working with young, adopted or scared, untrusted horses.
Do you know where the Cardiac Sphincter is located in the Horse?
I thought the elbow area was arm pits🫣😂 , my loan cruz always seem muddy there on lesson days I'm sure he grabs piles of mud and rubs them in his pits before my lesson 🤭
interesting. didn't know that the carpal bones are also called "knee" in english. and the hock (?) is basically his heel.
The Hock is NOT the heel, it's higher up the leg than that!!! The Heel is at the back of the Horses hoof!!!
@@MissJools11 no, that’s where is the heel would be on a human skeleton. what you are describing would be the ball of a human foot. the hoof bones would be the toe (or finger) bones. right so the middle ones.
Hi Esme! I love your videos! im a dragon maker! I wanted to make a dragon for you! What are you favorite colors, time of year and pattern?
She Mentioned She Likes Lilac Not Sure If It Still Is? 😊
@@SophBlossom ohh 😲 😊 thanks ☺️
Do you know where the Cardiac Sphincter is located in the Horse?
Where is duke’s chestnut? 🤔
Another question true or false, Horses cannot burp?
