    Don’t go heavy is good advice. Clubs are deceptive, they are light and we are so accustomed to always lifting heavy. After the initial excitement wears off and he idea of spending time just doing clubs loses its appeal, so do them as a warm up, cool down, or as a 2 minute break during work.

      @@pasquinilli Exactly, science has discovered Human Hyper Strength syndrome. Old time Vikings had a cadre called The Berserkers who could turn it on at will!

    I missed this when first reported but learned my skills from Dr. Ed Thomas. He invented the American way of swinging clubs.

      PS; Buy plastic bowling pins and fill them with sand or salt which is even easier.

    Also I can't match my breathing to the speeds I'm able to move. It's very hard to breathe that rapidly

  • @7hilladelphia
    @7hilladelphia Před 3 lety +1

    Viking days Berserkers sunk into a state of deep breathing + magnificent sustained strength with which they forged their name and reputation. Modern science calls this Human Hyperstrength Syndrome like when a old woman or any one, can lift a car off someone pinned beneath it from an accident. They engaged emotions, adrenaline, breathing and vision and just went Berserk defending their chief.... cool ay
