GROZA is a Black Metal band based in Bavaria, Germany.
The band was started in early 2016 by the singer/guitarist and only functioned as a one man studio project.
In early 2018 it was completed by three other musicians from the local german metal underground scene for playing live and songwriting purposes.
The project soon evolved into a full band situation with everyone contributing to the writing process.
In July 2018 the debut album "UNIFIED IN VOID" was recorded.
UNIFIED IN VOID represents all basic elements, that GROZA is all about.
Fast and melodic pieces full of haunting atmosphere and genuine emotion.
Also lyrically, the band makes no compromises in expressing their most personal convictions and views about humankind, this world and everything within it.

Das ist sowas von dermaßen gut, für mich persönlich sogar nochmal ein ganzes Stück besser als ihr zweites Album.
Diese Band begeistert mich als Core Hörer so sehr das ich mir beide Alben sofort gekauft habe und sie unbedingt einmal Live erleben möchte 🥰🥰
Find das 1. Album auch stärker als das 2. Und das ist schon der Hammer. Hier find ich vor allem die ersten 2 Songs sowas von brachial geil 👍 Core bzw überwiegend Deathcore und Beatdown Hardcore ist auch meine Ecke 😉 Meine ursprünge im Metal sind aber seit den 90ern fest im BM verwurzelt und da kommt in letzter Zeit so viel geiles Zeug das ich momentan wieder stark Back to the roots gehe. Groza, Gaerea, Stormruler, Mgla, Firtan, Uada, Agrypnie, Ellende usw. alles genau meins 👍

I have tried to not to, but i hear HSB early '00 style in almost every aspect.. Perhaps it's my divergence from listening to that day in day out at that time, coming from a more hc-orientated period before that era.. I wonder if anyone else can relate?

Groza is the name of Mgla's first album.

Bisschen komisch wenn eine Deutsche Band sich das Polnische Word für weiß nicht mehr* Terror? Unter genagel reißt. Der Name erinnert Halt auch start an das Mgła Studio Album habs
Damals für meine Band ja auch in Erwägung Gezogen. Hab mich aber dagegen entschieden.
Sicherlich haben sich Groza bei Mgłas meisterwerk bedient, aber warum denn auch nicht?
Möglicherweise dachte sich die Band aber auch: "Mh, wir sollten uns
"Terror" nennen, aber fuck, es gibt ja schon 10 Bands die so heißen, dann nennen wir uns halt Groza"
