From what i gathered, the main guy was at a party and saw a girl that he liked and wanted to date, but was to nervious to talk to her, when he got shot by cupid's arrow he spilled his drink on the girl and she retaliated by spilling his drink on her. After the guy blames cupid for his misfortune and went on a hunt to kill cupid, but proves to be outmatched by cupid after getting shot with one of cupid's arrow and pulling it out of his chest, a manifestation of his crush appeared and turned into a monster which chased him off a cliff, in reality it was all in his head which gives him the strength to go talk to his crush and tell her how he feels and just when cupid was about to shoot him with his arrow the guy shot and killed cupid while kissing his crush.
