This is definitely my favourite small car in India. Remember those days when the OG Hyundai Santro Xing was affordable and didn't make you feel like you were in a cheap car? The Tiago fills those shoes in Indian market in 2023.

I bought Nexon after drivong my cousin's tiago, but there are many ergonomic issues in nexon, while tiago have none

I also had one serious accident with dzire the injuries would have been serious...but with tigor didn't get any injury... 🙏
I've a tiago. I want to share my experience. Please note that my Tiago has bs6 phase 1 engine.
Pros:
- Good build quality
- Good safety rating
- Comfortable
- steering wheel is light
- Exterior & Interior designs are good.
- Sound quality is good. Good bass.
- Placement of horn button felt weird at first but it grows on you. It's good in terms of safety.
Cons:
- I've experienced fog in the headlights, which stays for hours(3hrs-4hrs).
- After a year or so, I noticed a weird noise coming from indicator when taking U-turn. So, on each full rotation of steering wheel you'll hear that sound.
- power window's button quality isn't that great. After a year use, you will have to press a little hard otherwise it's not going to work.
- Gear feels notchy & is not as smooth as suzuki or Hyundai's gearbox.
- Servicing isn't that great. Every time I visit service center I would notice a new scratch on paint.
- Breaks could have been better.
- Lights are not great.
- Petrol engine doesn't not offer a good mileage in the city.

Tiago is actually a very good car. Last year when I was in search of a good car. Punch and tiago were my first choice. But due to tata's before and after sales service, unreliability I had to reject this and I went with Ignis. And got the base model of Ignis at 5.65 lacs. Which was almost 1 to 1.5 less than tiago and punch that time.
Ignis is Randeep Hooda of cars❤, highly under rated but the best
I also bought Ignis last year. True it is underrated but now replacing it with Tigor due to its build quality and twin cylinder CNG

Very Decent and Perfect Family Car must buy this Tata Tiago hatch back ❤
The fact is, it is meant for highways (not expressways). It does deliver 35-38kmpkg in highways. I have driven it for 34k km since 1.5years. The initial mileage was not good but by the time it has been improved. Also, you need some time to get comfortable in the car if you’re not a first time buyer.

Zest XMS petrol, model 2014, Four stroke, is only the best sedan car from tata moters. I own & it is as good as a new one. Because I love it❤

PUNCH is more powerful than TIAGO. CNG mileage is same as tiago.

Tiago NRG should be re-launched with CNG but cladding should be redone as it was overdone earlier.

I have already 100000 km runs with CNG
I do a trip bhopal to Jaipur by Tiago petrol BS 6 phase 2 I got 27.4 kmpl milage in petrol. I surprised.
But this is a night drive so no traffic on road and i maintain 70 to 80 seed but 27.4 is very very good milege for a petrol car

Tiago Nrg or Altroz? If I consider Altroz and compare it with Fronx by increasing budget little bit how much value for money does it provide. Also please make videos after user reviews may be bi-weekly or monthly on those cars and if users are making right decisions or not and value for money options. We mostly see all good points in cars but issues are with dealerships that become deal breaker in most cases

In 6.5 lacs you get dabba with no features. With all features it costs 9 lacs. But its worth the money. Interior could be a little better. Driven 10000 kms. in 3 months.

With Nissans' aggressive pricing on Magnite, it gives a tough time to other hatchbacks in the marketplace. I only wish this was automatic transmission would have preferred it over EV for city drive.
