- What a finale, I love it so much, and I was right about the Killer, it was Piper all along, she was such a bitch, but I love it. I adore her craziness, she had the perfect plan, but she never saw it coming, Audrey and Emma killed her, but Audrey has something to hide, and I don't think I'm going to like it if she betrays Emma....let's wait and see :) I hope you like it, it's kinda rushed, but I was so thrilled with the finale I just couldn't stop ;)

Yeah i started suspecting her after that. Everything was pointing to her the call by Aubrey that the killer "can be a girl". The fact she was a journalist (good with computers and it's litteraly her job to gather secret information). The fact that she was beeing too nice with Emma. All the times she tipped Emma about clues (ex. : Brenden James mother and the red herring "boy" baby). The only thing that doesn't make sense for season 1 is that Piper was hit on the head by the killer when Will was captured. We even saw the mask. I haven't seen season 2 yet so there must be a second killer who helped her. Don't spoil it for me ;)

To be completely honest, I suspected a good amount of people: Jake, Kieran, Seth, Emma's dad and even Emma herself as ridiculous as it sounds...but Piper was really the first person that I crossed off of my list of suspects. Because earlier in the season there was someone else wearing the mask who almost killed her if it wasn't for Will, and it never explained the masculine voice.
I knew Piper was the killer because she always came to the scene right after someone was killed. When she said her father died I was like I bet you Brandon James is her father.

I don't get how anybody suspected Piper as the killer. This is why. Brandon's mom pointed out Kieran in the yearbook and said he was Brandon's son. She thought his name was Seth (the teacher) who everybody suspected as the killer. Later on, at the hospital, Emma saw an ultrasound and everybody was under the impression that she had a brother, not a sister, so I ask again, how could anyone suspect Piper as the killer?
Seth Winters I predicted her in episode 5 when she told Emma her dad was murdered and the police didn't even tried to solve it.
Well, I suspected Kieran because he visited Brandon James mom and she said that he was Brandon's son. Therefore, he was basically Emma's brother and it is pretty awkward because that would have been incest. I was thinking maybe he was trying to get with her so nobody would suspect him as Emma's brother while he was killing everybody
Seth Winters a bit late but I suspected her because of her dad and because she survived the attack of the killer. She also spoked to her old, confused grandmother before Emma and could have influenced her to say those things
Like I said, I suspected Kieran before I would've suspected Piper
Early on I was pretty sure but not positive after the moment Piper discussed her father's death with Emma. Plus, Piper was always around to witness when Emma's life turned to shit and only once during an attack. Her public motives as a journalist were very parallel to the killer's, determined to broadcast truth instead of lies.
It became established that the killer was Emma's half-sibling (not necessarily brother, Maggie admits she didn't even know the baby's gender) and during a flashback scene where Emma's dad leaves her mother because she had a baby to another man, it just all clicked for me =p I couldn't be convinced it was anyone else and seeing her unmask, it was beautiful.
This show is so addicting. I love it!
I really love Piper! No matter what the others say, she's still the best killer in this show.

Out of all killers (Movies and Piper herself included) I can say that Billy And Stu, Jill and Piper are the ones that scared the living shit out of me completely, But Piper, Holy Shit!!!!! I was completely clueless until she took off the mask .

Auke Kaptijn That surprise was revealed in season 2, can't wait to see what will happen in Season 3 cause there probably might be a 3rd killer on the loose but out of all killers I would say Billy would be the one who would scare me shitless I mean he started and planned the bloodbath and can easily manipulate you and can think of any brutal way to kill you if you mess with him or piss him off.
the only killers who I found predictable from the start were Billy, Mickey and Piper. The rest were just mindblown.
Billy, Ms. Loomis, Roman, Piper and Kieran's motives are just basic old-fashioned revenge while Mickey, Stu, Jill and Charlie's motives were fucked up. Killing people and get yourself hurt along the way to be famous is just wayyy too fucked up. Jill especially, killed her own mother so she could become a star. Gotta love Scream movies and franchise, the idea itself is scary, even scarier than most typical ghost stories or zombies. Like, even the people who you love the most could turn on your back and become your greatest enemy without you even knowing it, it's scary as fuck because we don't know what are they capable of.
Adam Azri I agree with you there with Mickey, Jill and Charlie being fucked up but Stu was one hell of a psycho I would say the worst out of the ones you mentioned in the ones who want to be stars for killing people he just submitted to pressure from Billy but out of all killers I wouldn't wanna cross Billy Loomis himself cause the dude can easily scare you shitless even though his motive for being a cold blooded murderer is him being a mama boy crybaby.

Also the ending of the first season is so unfulfilling cuz it left so many holes, so many things left unexplained....what about Brandon James' mother, she said it was a guy (Brandon's son) and he was old movie star kinda handsome which lead me to Kieran (kinda similar sounding to Keith)...Kieran knew Nina before, the lights were out as soon as he left the Halloween dance party, he ignored Emma's calls after he left (it's shown that he heard it ringing), he happened to be there when Noah was attacked in the lake, his reaction was a bit too calm when he "found out" about his dad's death, Emma had a dream where Kieran got her killed...all those cannot be simply coincidences. Even more importantly, what does Brandon's mom know?
And Audrey, why is she so skilled in combat, so precise with firearms? How did she overpower Will in seconds? That very last moment of her burning the writings screams sus. What's ingenious about this show is that you really can't trust anyone right till the point that they're dead.

I just finished season 1 , and that is my question exactly… So if Piper is the killer then who was that masked killer who attacked her ?!!! She fall on the rock and got knocked out and was unconscious for a long while with a massive head injury. Im going to start watching season 2 but i hope at least they will give an answer for this question

I started watching this show wondering if it was good, and I'm in love with it, Piper is my favorite killer in the show, also I'm almost finished with the 2nd season now.
Season 2 > Season 1 by a longshot. The first season was pretty predictable and i feel like 80% of viewers guessed Piper being the killer the moment she said her father died and the police did nothing (which was like what ep. 3? 4? out of 10). That + average script writing made for a meh season. But i still loved it.
Season 2 is SO much more exciting. The writers have done so well making sure that the killer is so unsuspected because honestly it's still a toss up between 4-5 characters! It's really exciting, and there's a (tiny) bit more character development too especially with Kieran, and continuing with Brooke who was the best developed character from last season. Plus all the new characters add so much more to the story.
I just hope those who stopped watching during season 1 due to bad script writing and storylines haven't given up hope on the series, but ratings are down so idk....watch the series guys its actually so much better this season!!

though I agree that Audrey kidnapped will, I still don't think she knew piper was the killer. I think she was just using the costume for the shock purpose. I feel piper and audrey were mainly in mail contact about emmas dad. as I still think he was the real killer all them years back and not Brandon james. and that piper was going to reveal it before being shot. that's my theory and I am sticking to it. going against the grain.

How is it Piper? D: It's still possible that Branson also known as Seth might have killed the students. I know it already said that but people haven't really put their minds to it so I had to bring it up again.
The person who attacked piper and will in the abandoned building was actually Audrey who come the end of the season is revealed to have been pipers accomplice throughout the season, hence Audrey burning the letters between herself and piper at the very end. This is also, which I'm sure you've seen, is the basis for the story of season 2.
