Abaya inner is worn under after dress/wear. Sometimes made with crepe/London material/executive fabric or lycra (stretchy fabric).
Abaya inner does not have to be fitted if it's made with crepe except if it's wanted by your client and there will be zipper at the back (for fitted one). So, extra 2 inches was added to the measurement used in this video.
It can be fitted if it's made with Lycra (stretchy fabric)

It's for an adult but not big size... You can sew according to your measurement but add extra 2 to 3 inches to make it free

The sleeve was optional, that was why the cutting wasn't included in the video
