Had this soundtrack in tape cassette form back when I was just a little girl. Couldn't even tell you how many times I flipped it over and listened to one side after the other. Knew all the songs by heart. My blanket was too small and the window of my room in the trailer was broken. The nights were always so cold, lonely and bitter, but as long as I could lie there next to my big clunky radio and hear that music, everything was right and wonderful and the rest of the world, with all its cruelty and pain, disappeared. Now I hear the same music on my laptop and phone and it touches my soul just as much. Thank you so much for doing this medley. It brought tears to my eyes. Such a beautiful reminder for me of how music can help us survive and there really can be miracles if you believe you can get through the night and make it through to the other side.

I agree: a wasted opportunity to do some really cool songs. I still love him and I won't do anything stupid like unsub, but I felt like skipping the entire second half because it just didn't fit. I would've LOVED to hear "Let My People Go" most especially. :(

I was contemplating suicide when I got a notification for this video (two years ago).The Prince of Egypt has long been an inspiration of mine; the art, the animation, the music... and Peter's voice is so soothing, one of the reasons I subscribed to him back then. I'm glad I made that decision to stop and watch this video at the time, because it turned out to be exactly what I needed right when I needed it most. I had been numb for months, and listening to this medley made me cry so much... but it also gave me a flicker of hope when I thought I'd run out. Because of that, this medley will forever have a special place in my heart.

Kind of... annoyed. I couldn't even tell that was There can be Miracles until he actually sang the chorus. Deliver us is absent, with only the lullaby included, which has the wrong lyrics? The Plagues is one of the best songs, in my opinion, and Playing with the Big Boys, and they would go great together.

YEAH I'm really disappointed, most of the songs weren't even in the movie, they were credits songs.
He seems to be a man of really strong faith, I'm not surprised he chose the more faith following songs.
I heard somewhere that he was thinking of doing another one. There are just so many amazing songs in this movie so it's understandable that he couldn't have all of them. And the songs he did choose probably more closely followed the theme he wanted. But there's still hope for another one and if we keep requesting it I'm sure he'll get around to it.
The last song has always always touched my heart and given me so much hope. The hope to keep trying and keep moving forward. That as long as you keep trying and keep believing miracles can happen. Thank you Peter for uploading this amazing parody that I'm sure has touched the hearts of many.

I adore this medley. So many warm feelings about sitting in my grandmas living room and watching the Prince of Egypt. A part 2 would be AMAZING!!!!
