Yeah you're the 5th source I checked before I got a straight answer, even Microsoft don't know how to explain this! And the 2 videos I watched the chicks were so intensely focused on letting me know how cheerful and optimistic they were and in turn how easy this was, that they completely ignored the fact they hadn't ACTUALLY told me how to do the damned thing. So tl;dr, thank you
You could slow down a lot For instance when you said," You can do a preview", I had to watch three times to figure out HOW you were doing the preview. You assume that you audience knows some stuff. Some do some don't. The ones that don't (me) are wishing that you would say " watch where my cursor goes as I slowly go over here and click on whatever. Thanks
This has been the clearest and most concise teaching video I have ever watched. Thank you. One suggestion: I assume that to undo what you have done, you need to highlight all and click on 'none' on top banner left side? It would be helpful if this was added to your presentation.
it's 23:38 (11:38 PM), I have a national test (basically an exam) tomorrow first thing in the morning. and i need to have a Powerpoint ready until then and I'm just now learning how to use it...
Hi. First i want to say thank you for your videos. I have learned a lot, I’m a beginner in computer and I will like to ask you if you can do a video of access 2016 . Thank you again
Unfortunately I don't plan on doing an Access 2016 video anytime soon. It's not one of the core applications I use. Someday it may work out but I have a number of other video planned right now. Thanks for watching.
This was very helpful! But I've got a question: how can I change the animation? Seems like I have to keep it at APPEAR, and I like my bullets to FLOAT IN. What step am I missing? Thanks!
You can select any animation you want. Just make sure you highlight each line to select the animation and make sure the numbering still assigns 1,2,3,4.
I remember at one point you could select the text and it would auto "on click" when you applied the animation (am I wrong) it now seems to be a two step process. It applies 1 to all of them and then you have to go up to and select on click (which is selected or shown)
Thanks for this, exactly what I need. I just subscribed. Would you mind telling me how to style each word in a sentence like each word is inside a rectangle? Thanks.

Finally, someone who has a clue and actually explains what everyone is looking for, lol.
First place I've found that told me to highlight bullet points before clicking animation. First place where I got result I wanted!!! Thank you
yes!!!
The first video that actually did what it said on the wrapper! Great work
Excellent!
You can do this with a table as well. See this video: czcams.com/video/pMxG8rQaJaM/video.html
Thank you Sir. All I needed to know was Highlight, -Animations - Appear - On Click. Much appreciated
You have my thanks, good Sir. Worked like a charm.
OmG. Thank you. Love the simplicity of ur explanation
Glad it was helpful!
ah - Every single line? Can this be setup in the master slide? I get 50-120 slideshows for presentations that don't have the lines animated... :(
Thanks for the video, saved my time.

Hi Ron. Another thing you can try is slow the video playback speed to 75% using "gear" settings icon. Hope that helps!
Wow, you saved my day. Thank you for sharing this and explaining it in simpliest way. Amazing!
Thankyou, I keep forgetting how to do that
I think there's a more efficient way: "by paragraph" under "effect options".
Thank you! I was just going to ask if there was a simpler way because I had 8 items in my list - this worked!"

There may be a shortcut but I haven't figured that one out. This is the method I use.
@@SeleTraining thank you - If I figure it out I will let you know, although I just did a whole presentation sans shortcut. thanks again

You don't have to highlight anything in the first place. just click in the text box and put in the animation. Do not waste your time.

Thanks for this, exactly what I need. I just subscribed. Would you mind telling me how to style each word in a sentence like each word is inside a rectangle? Thanks.
It's best to create a text box with a border and then enter the text into each box individually. Then you can style them each as needed.
Helpfull for me
GOOD....XOXO
What about laptop animation that u did in this video how to do that?
I use Camtasia for all my video editing.
@@SeleTraining so we can't do that in PPT
@@paarthagarwal7224 There are some good animation options in this video: czcams.com/video/0GW4vT7d3nc/video.html
@@SeleTraining Thnx
thnk you sooooooooo fkn muchhh
How to skip nr 3 . ??? Assuming i want to skip third point, Lets say i want to go to next slide after nr3, but I want to display nr 4
You just want number 3 and 4 to be assigned the same order. So change #4 to "With Previous" and it will bring up 3 and 4 together.
Yes that worked, thank you.
Is there a way to do this with the cells in a table?
Thomas, I have found a way to do this for a table. Stay tuned for my new video.
