Groups for everyone and alot of different town squares. The live bands will cycle thru all of the squares so you dont have to go to them. They have activities directors for each area too!

At 1:23 you state that the bonds do NOT have an admin fee. I believe that is incorrect.
So paying cash for a home we still have to dole out $1200 a month?
Does that mean if the bond isn't paid on a house, the listing price is increased by the unpaid bond value? Or, is the listing price lower because the bond still has to be paid (i.e., the bond value is not part of the listing price), making the buyer have to budget more for costs?
The listing price is unaffected either way. If there is a bond you have to add it in yourself. They will resist you adding it back in out loud every time they say the price. They would say the price of a house and then they would say it has a bond amount of X..And I would say. so the real price is X. we did this on every single property. I kept saying im looking at total cost of ownership. Never changed their spiel for a second.....but, I do like it and am moving there in june
The bond is not part of the listing cost. It would be part of your monthly cost though.
What is the cost to rent for January through March? Can you rent the golf cars?
The cost varies on the type of house, but budget from $2,800 to over $5,000 a month. Some rentals may include golf cart. Yes you can rent golf carts around $600 a month.
It is typically more during that time and I agree with the person below with the amounts. That is the busy season, I personally recommend coming down either in the summer or early fall to avoid the business/cut cost!

Married couples socialize with other married couples. The old widows socialize with other old widows. Single men are persona non grata. Also, "friendly" does not mean "nice." People smile and wave, but would not piss on you if you were on fire.
