Bridgeport Mill breaking its first chips for me.

New to me 70 year old Bridgeport Mill, (Series One, pulley head, 1HP 3 Phase) breaking its first chips for me, making a mobility cradle / levelling feet, so that when needed I can move it about the workshop a little easier to create space when needed.
Drilling 1 Inch (25mm) diameter holes in 4” x 1” (100mm x 25mm) length of cold rolled steel flat bar.
Very happy with how it went.
I have a relatively new drill press (Craftsman brand) that wouldn’t look at drilling 1 inch holes through this steel - but the Bridgeport Mill in low gear never broke a sweat.
I’m starting to really like this Bridgeport.
Hopefully it remains a love affair & it doesn’t try to reach out and kill me. 😂👍
