Flag Drillz w/ TRU Skillz - Side Hurdle Sprint

Coach TRU introduces another great footwork drill that is intended to help athletes work on balance and control of their feet and bodies. Footwork is a critical piece of the puzzle in finding success on the flag football field, and this drill will help with that very thing. Get them moving through this drill to increase their footwork skills and add in that catch or handoff for getting more work in on those!
