Even same for me, i got a call related to this FedEx, they mentioned the same there is some courier struck in customs, on that point i mentioned him that i know this is scam then immediately call was disconnected

Same thing happened with me. Same script. Luckily I talked to one of my cousins who is on police department. He suggested to ask for the id card of the officer in call. Then he hang up the call.

So never ever give your numbers anywhere. Shops, shopping malls, hospitals etc everyone are selling your numbers in exchange of money.
Central govt should implement strict monitoring and block on using personal numbers to call bulk random calls daily.

Have faced the same but cut the call as soon as the police asked to repeat the contents of the parcel and asked to mention the mdma substance repeatedly
new Rapido riders also getting same calls and they are playing with emotions they book a ride for others and one guy call you he starts conversation she is inside of the hospital then they starts play with you i faced this one even they send fake extra money msg to ur phone ( this is very common in Rapido ) please make a video on this issue.

Even I went through the same experience. They wanted me to come to Mumbai also.
I sensed it was fake and asked them to send the package details and told them that Hyderabad Cyber Crime DCP was my friend and that I will deal with the issue from Hyderabad.
The person on the other end said that he will WhatsApp the consignment details, but never got back.
I have received the same call, I said I will complain to the police directly but they were asking me to complain through the police they connect. Immediately i cut the call saying you are fake and contacted local courier people and got a confirmation that this is really fake.
i have received the same FedEx package call with a different smuggled goods scenario!! however i have recorded everything and said i am in my local police station now this station circle inspector will talk to you.. Thats it.. no further communication.. one of the greatest save from this scammer 😊😊
I received multiple calls but I ignored it suspecting it to be fraud. Receiving call from an unknown mobile phone was simply not adding up
This type same issue now Flipkart users are facing this
If you order any item from Flipkart the date of delivery you will one call from scammer and they tell that you won a gift prize
They will tell you won 1st price is 13lakhs money and 2nd price is Car
They will tell if you want 1st price u want to pay 2k and if you want car you want to pay 15k
These guys are targeting only women

Even I got this call claiming to be from FedEx twice in 6 months.. I just ignored and disconnected the call both the times..
Same pattern, they will tell Mumbai cyber crime branch, I suffered 1.5 hours, yesterday, when they asked 84% of money from the bank account to be transfered to some portal that too from bank or cheque, I asked them to switch on camera. Then I have shown them middle fingure
I got same call. I was first scared and confirmed my mobile number, then within a minute I could realize that it was a fraud call.

Got a similar call couple of weeks back. I stood my ground saying I didn't book any call going outside india.
The same situation I faced where the call was told to be from DHL. The package was said to have a bunch of debit cards, 15 Passports, 2kg MDMA drugs and 4kg clothes. The caller was speaking in professional English and appeared genuine until he went into defence when I asked his employee Id and full name of DHL. The reference number of the package was invalid when I checked on DHL website. He disconnected the call when I confronted stating I want the local narcotics department to be involved first rather than Mumbai police.

Call cut chesaaru .first point Enti ante e govt department vaadiki office ki velthe direct ga matlaade time undadhu …gantalu gantalu phone lo matlaaduthaada simple logic.

I got the same type of call saying customs and have issue with Fedex package. They told Same script but fluent English . You need to come to Mumbai. I asked them tell me my aadhar number. They said they don’t have access then I said i will go you local police station raise a complaint or give a second I’ll call local Inspector on call. Then they said it’s not possible and went silent. I think there maybe network issue i cut the call and callback to same number one old man lift the cal and speaking in Telugu in full village slag ( how can they call from old man number)

Murali Mastaru. I have such experience and the police officer talked in English. These guys are improving from victim to victim and day by day. The setup was so real. I detected them when they asked my bank account details. This is the final stage. I have the entire script. 😂

I also received call same as above. They told I send parcel to చైనా. They told some illegal items in the parcel and caught by customs. And next call transferred to some other person. Simply I told I haven't send any parcel and told it as a fraud call. Then immediately they disconnected phone.
Actually I had lots of Fed Ex consignments in the past. So I have some idea about their business. If you book an international item in Fed Ex one has to write undertaking about item and declare about the packet doesn’t contain any contraband item. If one doesn’t know business model then will be in soup.
Other aspect I can see a business rivalry with Fed Ex because call appears to be very professional and cool.

I got same call bro.. He asked my name. Then I said him a fake name. I asked him what was the name and address details shown on that parcel.. He replied my fake name that was before i said. Suddenly i laughed and said him that it was not my actual name.. i said him please be on line.. you need to talk my uncle belongs to department.. suddenly he had cut off the call...!!! less than 2 minutes call
I got a similar call two days ago. I said go do whatever you want to do.
Even I got a call on 14th and 15th MAY 2024 claiming that they are customs from LUCKNOW office requesting me to share more details. They warned me saying that they will file a case and I will get court notices. I have blocked the contact.

I had same call, I told him straight up I will call to cyberpolice. He was like the package is found in Mumbai you can’t complain in Hyderabad they have nothing to do. I said hmm I went to Mumbai over 15 years back when adhaar wasn’t there my adhaar was stolen from Hyderabad only. So I’m gonna book a case for the records purpose and the guy was in a panic.
I received a call today stating similar story but this time, they were able to tap into another person's phone number and were able to call me from that number. They talked for like 5 mins and cut the call. I tried calling them back and some other old lady picked up the call and she did not understand what I was asking about
I have received the same call, but the common thing is I have received a parcel 2 days before. May be there is a data leakage from the courier services.
I got same call. I was able to get through that call for almost 20 mins. When we are in work and our brain is completely into it. It’s difficult to catch them in the very next minute. But, I was able to say NO and whatever they say I asked them to come through Hyd police… 😂 they disconnected my call at 20th minute. That guy told me a tracking number either… I was trying to find that in FedEX tracking page and asked them to come through Hyd police… 😂 then they disconnected my call…

They have harassed me same like what sir told me , they have forwarded the ph to cyber crime mumbai, unwarranted call and told the same what sir told, it’s horrible thing what they did.

Exactly with the same script today at 11 am got a call but i found its fake when they said the address belongs Mumbai but pincode belongs to Hyderabad.. later confirmed with FedEx customer its Fake

Hi, In the same way, 10 days back i got call from telecom department. They said my phone number is going to block in 2 hours, due to other phone number on the same name ( both phones numbers are taken with same ID) is in Mumbai has filed women harassment complaint in mumbai police station. Than i said i dont have any other number. Than They ask me to connect online with police officer and explain to them. That time i was busy in my work, i finally said block my number or do what ever you want...
May be this is new type of scam...

This video popped up in CZcams feed...but was exactly the same instance I faced on Monday 13th May.. .I have the audio recording that I can share with you sir.....FedEx parcel returned with 5 passports, etc.....I recognized the scammers and was not victimized...
