- In this episode we make our way further up the Dampier peninsula, heading towards cygnet bay. This incredible low cost beach camp is called Gumbanan and it is pristine!! The perfect place to explore this end of the peninsula from!!

I also have a Oricom DTX4200X but not too happy with it. The bloody thing is full of static in Brisbane with the occassional clear transmission receive. You are correct the UHF is essential when towing the van. It is very exciting that you caught up with the Wild family, we have been following them for a while as well.

Our second favourite camp on the Dampier. It’s the most beautiful outlook. It’s only our second because it didn’t have direct beach access the way our Middle Lagoon campsite did 🥰🥰🥰

So beautiful on the Dampier peninsula 👍🏻 if you guys do shark bay you should check out ocean park, it’s run by marine biologists and are a wealth of knowledge about the ocean creatures and have huge aquarium.
