I pav chana 1 coconut.. (grated) 12 fried red chillies Lemon sized tamarind 1/2 tsp methi 1 small piece turmeric Mustard n curry leaves for seasoning. Method.. Soak chana prevent day. Boil in pressure cooker till soft. Boil cut raw jackfruit ( one whistle in pressure cooker) For the masala grind together grated coconut, red chillies, tamarind, turmeric to a coarse paste. While 3/4 th done.. Fry methi n two curry leaves in little oil seperately n add it to the masala paste n grind all together. Let it be coarse. Now add cooked chana n jackfruit in a utensil... When the boil comes add masala, salt n mix well. Season with mustard n curry leaves. Temple chana gashi is ready to serve. 👍
