Total recipe weight: 1050g
Mold Size: 9¾ x 6¾ x 1¼”
Bars are about 3" x 2¼" x 1⅛"
(I used my old BrambleBerry 9 bar slab mold without the silicone liner)
I used one of the recipes provided to us in the Soap Challenge Club tutorial.

Superfat: 5%
Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) & Distilled Water:
33% lye solution (Lye Concentration = 33% if using Soap Calc)
Water = 2 x NaOH
Use a soap calculator like the one at Majestic Mountain Sage (bit.ly/2ABEluj) or Soap Calc (bit.ly/3hmGMAB) to calculate the amount of sodium hydroxide required for your recipe.
Essential Oil Blend:
(one of my favorites…smells like sweet peppermint candy to me)
Lavender - 3 parts
Rosemary - 2 parts

Hi everyone!
In case you're interested, I add English (US) captions to all of my videos. If you prefer the captions in a different language, just follow these steps on a desktop computer:
1) turn CC on (bottom right corner of video)
2) go to the settings wheel (bottom right corner of video)
3) select Subtitles/CC
3) select Auto-translate & a list of languages will pop up
4) select your desired language
Now the subtitles should show in the language you selected.
I don't think translation works on the YT mobile app yet. However, if you use the Chrome browser to watch the video on your phone or tablet (instead of using the app or mobile site) and select Request Desktop Site from the Chrome settings menu, you should see a normal desktop layout and these steps should work for you.
I get asked about captions a lot, so I hope this helps!

I love the darker one without TD. They all are very beautiful! I need a better planner I think, mine never look that perfectly after I plane mine.

Ty do much. I am very new and I have a question about the subflower oil. Being that the shelf life is shorter on this oil, does it shorten the shelf life if your soap.. or am I just new and confused lol.. probly so

Why you using Oven process.what is benefit of this steps..is this decreases curring time
I use the warmth of the oven to make sure the soap goes through gel phase. When the soaps gel, the colors will look a bit brighter and the soap can be unmolded sooner (usually). The soap still needs to cure 4 to 6 weeks so that the bars are hard enough to use.

Nice video, besides the plug to purchase more stuff, perhaps rework your sales techniques. As watching a beautiful demo like this, only to find that you have to purchase something. Feels off on this type of platform, but I understand that we all need to make money....we need to help each other. Thanks for the demo on the technique..
