@@Kronos_KnightIt really isn't. The difficulty curve is a straight line upwards from the main adventure to the league, with it being almost exactly like the regular Diamond and Pearl up until the league where suddenly every Pokemon is competitively bred and EV trained. Many of the Sinnoh Pokemon that aren't in the DP dex are still unobtainable until the post game. When it first came out it was a glitchier mess than people claim about Sword and Shield and Scarlet and Violet. I don't care that they didn't remake Platinum, as of course they weren't going to. But they could've at least added in a few more improvements like in Heart Gold and Soul Silver, as this one is basically on the level of FRLG, but with changes that make the game worse
@@ElectroPikachu Well, the difficulty spike is a plus in my eyes as you would hope, lore-wise, that the top 5 trainers in the region would be hard to beat. As someone who played around release date, I didn't encounter any glitches or bugs sooo... and I had fun with BDSP so I don't really care what you guys say about it.

The DS era Pokemon games have some of my favorite tracks! I dunno if it's because of the sound limitations of the speakers or if it's just the composer for these games but I love the way they sound. Ofcourse there's the main melody but you can clearly hear all the other subtracks too. Every layer of sound gets the opportunity to come through and they are layered beautifully. 😊
I think it’s a mix of all of those reasons

If you want to have an idea of how much she traumatized me, I was doing a blind test with some friends, and when this one popped up, the first thing my mind was thinking about was her awful Spiritomb (a part from this one, the only pokemon that gave me some challenge was Garchomp)
