- I have just arrived in New Delhi India after a Long flight from Europe via Abu Dhabi after the first episode of ARRIVING IN INDIA ( The BAD Receptionist ) today i met @VlogsbyVida or @vidahei on INSTAGRAM , who took me to the Real Streets of New Delhi India to explore the city of New Delhi.
India, officially the Republic of India, is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by area, the second-most populous country, and the most populous democracy in the world.
New Delhi is the capital of India and a part of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. New Delhi is the seat of all three branches of the government of India, hosting the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, and the Supreme Court of India.

GENERALLY "BABA" reference is a sign of great respect within Indian Culture. It is normally applied to HIndu (Sadhus, Yogis and Tapasviz) or other religious monks (but also in familial context to older male family members); and mainly that the hair is DREADLOCKS- so your look with braids/locks looks similar and attracts attention based on their knowledge of the fashion LOL. Mind you, not all of the populace is highly educated and learned of common sense as those that are employed by Multinational firms. Many are ordinary everyday folks with only local custom/culture as knowledge. But still it is a good sign from the community. Good stuff.

They are not really friendly towards Africans, generally speaking. They hate Africans with a passion in general. Look at the Indian community in Kenya, for example, or the experience of Africans in India in recent years.
India's subway looks more high end than our subway in New York. They have more security and they actually have barriers to on the track to prevent people falling on the track. How much did they pay for 2 people 30 rupees. That's not even 50 cents.
Most importantly its a private organisation not subsidized by govt and still cheap the monthly pass is 500rs with unlimited travel
Thats cause its newly made in 2022 to 2010 new things are easier to be made with grood te hnology n planning then reparing n modernising old systems what u need is comolete overhault of ur ny metro but that will require massive infra push in public travel sector which gov rather use in making anti poor benches lol u ny not even have food sheltwr for poor and letting them on street, not saying india is better but ny rich n high tax eaening city should atleast look after its poor

@NationOfAfrica We can not afford even one line, First we need to get rid of these Matatus. Over there they have Dedicated city bus service since 60s. Their Bus system is massive. Have you see the condition of our roads ? single lane roads from Westland to everywhere. We have to payback for the loan for the new expressway first. just one km of such underground train systems can costs about 250M USD. It will take us another 50 years to even think about such things. lets focus on basic thing first and improve this beautiful country kenya.

I was shocked to see the Delhi Metro because I had seen the Bombay Metro before through CZcams. It was not very clean compared to Delhi.
Because its 50 years old, India was poor back then. They are making a new one in Mumbai now.

I hope you get to visit some villages, the heart of India is in it's villages, where 65% of it's 1.4 billion people live. Each state has it's own variety of peoples, languages and traditions. Village life is much more representative of the country than cities like Delhi, as the vibe is more domestic and family orientated. Vibrant, lively and buzzing. Music, noise and huge groups of women/girls with long flowing hair and bright, sparkling colourful clothes, out and about for mela or dancing in unison for festivals. It's like a never ending sea of colours, their clothes make everywhere you look seem like a kaleidoscope ❤.
