    Ingredients:
    Chicken pieces: 500 grams
    Sorrel leaves (Gongura): 2 cups
    Onions: 2 (finely chopped)
    Tomatoes: 2 (finely chopped)
    Green chilies: 4-5 (slit)
    Ginger-garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
    Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
    Cashew nut paste: 2 tablespoons
    Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
    Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
    Salt: to taste
    Oil: 3 tablespoons
    Fresh coriander: for garnish
    Preparation:
    Prepare the Sorrel Leaves: Wash the sorrel leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the sorrel leaves until they become soft. Set aside.
    Cook the Chicken: In a large pan, heat the remaining oil. Add chopped onions and slit green chilies, and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
    Add Aromatics: Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
    Cook the Tomatoes: Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate.
    Combine Chicken and Spices: Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
    Add Cashew Nut Paste: Stir in the cashew nut paste and the sautéed sorrel leaves. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
    Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti
