Maybe I'm cut from a different musical cloth, but intonation was first and foremost in my symphonic band vocabulary. That being said, this is a fine performance. French horns sounded beautiful, the interpretation was heartfelt, Alfred Reeds music brings out the best in all of us.:-)

I have listen to other recordings and it seems like in this one they never made it up to the correct tempo
