I work as an Assistant Manager for one of the *Marriott* Hotels and I completely agree to what he said. Not a lot has been changed about staff entrance, cafeteria food or anything related to employees. Most of the time Owners/Promoters don't even pay attention to what employees are going through and it is the responsibility of GM/Top Line Management to look after us. Infact, we are facing a 3 months pay cut situation due to Covid-19.
*I really hope things will change somewhere down the line.*
Being a hotelier, I am also go through the same situation during industrial training. What u said it's 100% true.
I'm doing my internship right now , and I loved it , maybe I'm fortunate enough that everyone is so good around me.....but I hope one day I'll become successful and make a video like this sir...so inspiring...❤️

It is a bitter truth that we are not the permanent residents of this world and all of us have to return back at our proper times. If we aren't in a state to help others, we should also not create any kind of minor or major difficulty for them. sir i have done industrial training from sheraton grand bangaluru whitefild,, that time i was face lot of problem, that process was wrong from rules regulations.. and every days duty time was minimum 17 hours and maximum 21hrs, it was so difficult... At that time we could not go in time to eat properly...

Same story brother in this sector , I also had my begining with the same hotel that
time it was hotel Sofitel Surya , It was really really tough time for me spl a man from Dharamsala forced my self to get out of my comfort zone and straight landed in South Delhi in the month of June . In three months period the way we are trained to perform to turn the heaven out of hell , But that time really proved to be a good kick on the butts .
It has really gave a good impetus to my life.

But please I have humble request but not a complaint
I am from good family background lived my life in comfort, also never learned to abuse anyone or to get abused from anyone with or without any reason
But as a reality check we are going through this unappreciated words in internships please put a point to some of the legal authorities to pay attention towards this because this is disturbing mentally also if i am asking regarding this issue all are making me to ignore but my mind is not accepting to ignore and bringing thought for my junior hoteliers coming in industry with so much of fire to work in industry

That is indeed concerning Harsh. And I am aware that is widely prevalent in the industry. I would suggest you to confront the person who is using such language and ask them to stop. You don't have to be aggressive just assertive. In most cases, they will get the signal and stop bothering you. In other cases, maybe then you need to approach higher-ups in the management.
