RAF UPWOOD

RAF Upwood!
Former Royal Air Force station, built in 1917 for the Royal flying corps before it became home to RAF Squadrons expanding in 1936.
The RAF ended their use of the station in 1981, handing over control to the United States Air Force.
Much of the site was closed in 1994 and now remains derelict.
Had to revisit here to see the new graffiti 😍
