गांव का लड़का जिसे दिल्ली के कॉलेज में दाखिला देने से मना कर दिया गया था. उस छात्र ने खुद से किताबें खरीद कर पढाई की और एक ही बार में IIT और GMAT जैसे एग्जाम क्रैक कर दिए. नवनीत सिकेरा एक निर्धन ग्रामीण माध्यम परिवार से तालुक्क रखते थे पर अपने बल पर उन्होंने IIT रुड़की से इंजीनियरिंग पूरी की.
नवनीत ने अपने सपने पूरे करने के लिए खुद लड़ाई करी और आज एक बेहतरीन IPS अफसर हैं. उन्होंने बिना किसी कोचिंग के पहली बार में ही सिविल सर्विसेज का एग्जाम निकाला. जब पुलिस ने उनके पिता के साथ बुरा व्यवहार किया था उसी दिन उन्होंने निश्चित किया कि वे अब पुलिस में ही जाएंगे. पहली बार में ही एएसपी बन गए। नवनीत सिकेरा एनकाउंटर स्पेशलिस्ट के नाम से भी जाने जाते हैं क्योंकि वे अब तक 56 एनकाउंटर कर चुके हैं. इनकी जाबाज़ कहानी जानने के लिए देखें यह जोश Talk.

About Bhaukaal:
Muzaffarnagar is the crime capital of India. As Naveen Sikhera played by Mohit Raina makes his way into the sin city as the new SSP, he is hit by the prevailing chaos and lawlessness in the city.
Muzaffarnagar is ruled by the Shaukeen gang in the east and the Dedha brothers rule the west. The terror of these gangs is so much that even the local police never dares to question them. Taking the reins in his hands, Sikhera starts cleansing the city and undertakes numerous encounters leading to the destruction of the Shaukeen gang and making in-roads into the operations of the Dedha gang.
IPS Officer Navneet Sekera's story is a living example of 'How to become successful in life. Having studied from a Hindi medium school in a village in Uttar Pradesh, he was denied an admission form in Hansraj College, Delhi University. But with his hard work and passion, he cracked the IIT JEE exam and got into IIT Roorkee. He also cleared UPSC Civil Services Exam. IPS Officer Navneet Sekera has served the Indian Police Services for more than 20 years. He is famously called an Encounter Specialist with a record of 56 encounters.
