The macken and miyano mamoru interactions here were absolute gold for a chihayafuru fan like me, calling each other taichi and arata (i can't believe macken called mamoru taichi the first time they met, and he approached him so excitedly and all, but i also 100% believe it lmao) i didn't know mamoru was in this movie! makes it extra cool for me! Or if he was doing something else, i completely missed it. It's also such a treat to see another mackenken project, i love the close dynamic these two have always seemed to have. I hope this movie screens in my country too. Now time to go back to screaming about macken and mamoru's taichi-arata banter

The way he guides Kento & holds Mei's hand when the 3 of them walk down the stairs 😍 I'm happy to see his funny interactions with Mamoyan & Kaji-san too! Look at how adorable he reenacts his 1st meeting with Mamo at 13:07.. & His voice is so soft when he persuades Kento to come over at 17:15 😍 Macken's wife is sooo lucky to have him, I swear!
