For those that watch rust videos but don’t actually play the game. It’s not a survival game, it’s a death simulator. Andy did what few rust content creators do and actually show the dozens of times they die.
A couple of tips: you can set a max transfer in the industrial conveyor such that only X amount of the item is in the destination inventory (so you don't have to put 1 scrap in each slot in the vending machine), also if you are selling sulfur faster than you can farm it consider increasing the price bit by bit (especially for when you are offline and not constantly refilling your sulfur box)

Nice. My tip for vending machines is to also buy whatever you are selling for less scrap. So like sell 1000 sulfur for say 60 scrap or whatever, but then also buy 200 sulfur for 10 scrap. This way people will do your farming for you and you can use your time to do other things. Sometimes I will even put stone picks for rocks in there so fresh spawns will be encouraged to start farming for me. That actually works quite well if you are in a spawn area and also put some other beginning bps in there for them to farm for.
I have low spec laptop so I am outmatched in pvp. Seeing you play, by just avoiding direct confrontation and focus on farming, looting, and building is satisfying to watch. So relatable! GGWP Bro!

You should've tried to increase the price a lil bit to curb the demand to be more in line with the supply. It would also be cool to see a shop that's selling sulfur for metal or HQM and vice-versa, and adjust the prices until they are in balance (people both selling and buying both), would have to build a shop near outpost so people can buy without delivery fee. You could maybe sell 1k sulfur for 11 HQM and 9 HQM for 1k sulfur. If people only buy sulfur, change it to. 1k for 15 HQM and 13 HQM for 1k sulfur. Something like that. In theory when they are balanced and when you arrive at the right price, the shop should be self-refiling and you would profit the spread between the 2 prices. Could be a cool experiment.
I know its been 10 months but if you ever do this again, you can make it so the pipes will stop pumping items into the chest whenever it hits a certain amount of a specified item in the chest/vending machine. This will save you some time and resources filling it with the "filler" items

make an automatic metal shop, sell like 100 metal frags for 150 metal ore and make them shop close to spawn beach, have it so that when metal frags are bought the metal ore you get goes into a electrical furnace and then back into the vending machine/tc

big tip: you can destroy a vending machine with 3 jackhammers with workbench refills. so it is safer to put them behind metal embrasure + metal window bars.
you can just put a 2,000 sulfur limiter on it and add another conveyor that take all scraps out of the vending machine back to the large box. i want to see the next video and i wish you have like a duo to help. i dont like the dying parts it adds frustration on me lol because now i enjoy pve side of rust.
Suggestion try to show more emotions like when u die u don’t talk but we want to see how u react to being killed and in the quite moments try to add overlay voice explaining what’s going on like “after dying to silenced m2 for the millionth time so now I’m trying to… etc” just my personal thoughts and opinion 🤷♂️
It would be nice if you played with more people and also if outpost is near snow you could make a base next to it and charge more for the sulfur because people would't need to pay the drone fee
