A couple of weeks it looks like their season was over. Great job sweeping Kansas and beating one of the best teams in the country in OSU. Based on the most rpi, they were one of the first teams out of the tournament. I hope this pushes them over and hopefully have a good game against Oklahoma tomorrow.
I was not able to watch the game since I was at work,but just watched the highlights. If they play the way they did in the Oklahoma series,they can certainly be competitive in their game today but it is never easy to beat Oklahoma more than once in a season. Just a tough break with the injuries to the pitching staff,but yet,they have a few good wins against top 10 teams. We will see if 31 or 32 wins is enough to get them an at large bid. They certainly have the offensive output to be in any game.
Yes BYU is not a push over like so many schools in the Big 12 think. They maintain standards and live a clean life. It’s great to see the benefits paying off. Wish more schools would have better standards for their athletes.
