From Dubai to India flights are very dirty. Emirates makes 45% money from India & Indian travelers but flights are so dirty this cause major problems on health

Dubai is Dubai! Even before the outbreak the country’s sanitation in public n government division are great! They always have the hand wash available, hand dryers are working, tissue are there too so as hand sanitizer for free!
It is just the personal hygiene of the people need to improve to avoid virus contact!

Not yet, i just called Emirates airlines. Going to Philippines won't be a problem, but coming back to Dubai at a later date will be, if Dubai suddenly requested to shutdown flights from other countries while you're in Philippines, you'll be in trouble.

the best solution not to get this virus..... is to avoid traveling, going out if you do not really have to..... if you travel internationally right now you are asking for trouble practically....
