Namasthey madam our 1st baby born with cleft lip nd palate so i have decided not to repeat the same presently my wife is carrying 2nd pregnancy nd we consulted doctor explained about our 1st baby she made scanning in 12th week and told that nasal bone was not visible nd recommended for 1st trimster screening test nd in that report it is reported that trisomy 21 with 1:43 values compare to 1:250 and remaining T18 and T13 are normal with values 1:10 cutoff 1:10
During 15 week she made another scan and explained that structural the fetal has no problem now nasal bone also developed and seen no structural defects seen but she advised for NIPT scanning and reports also received in 17 week in that all the chromosomes are having low risk especially T21 LLR score -17.14 cut off >= 2.5 Low risk T 18 LLR score -20.42 cut off >= 3 Low risk and T13 LLR score -18.86 cut off >= 3 Low risk so is there any problem with the report please explain

The Risk of Trisomy 21 is increased from 1 in 1171 to 1 in 178.
1. Unossified nasal bone.
2. No other obvious fetal defects.
3. Normal uterine artery Doppler and cervical length.

Nt scan lo absent nasal bone annaru so nipt test low risk vachindi so no worry about d-syndrome ani dr. Chepparu.
But tiffa scan also all values ok but nb UNNOSIFFIED ani vachindi..
Dr. No prob gentic prob ledu ani vachindi kada antunnaru.
Eppudu naku 26 week.
And naku first baby healthy ga vundi. This is my 2nd pregnency.

Do not worry... Sometimes it is not seen even till term in normal foetus also.... You said other markers are low risk...then relax. Contact fetal medicine doctor. Do not panic majority of babies are normal it's always good to be sure. 👍😄
