I can relate to the drive thing. I too live in the middle of rural nowhere. 😅 It sucks but hey, cheaper cost of living.

i just wanted to come here and say that i’ve been watching your channel since you got legend, and holy crap you’ve come so far. you’ve had ups and downs like every equestrian has, but you manage to get past it all and prove that your willing to put in the effort to improve and get better. i’m so proud of the responsible choices you’ve made, and it’s just great to watch all of this progress from the past few years. sorry that this was a bit cringy but yeah i’m so happy you’ve come this far !!

my mare threw me and busted my head open a couple years ago...I was nervous for awhile but after some time in the saddle with her and deep breaths etc I finally was able to ride nervous free where she threw me. :)

Omg Laura I just started jumping today for the first time is over two years on my moms horse Scooter is a little crazy so I’m just riding her horse and he is so well behaved compared to Scooter lol

That’s great! I failed to mention that my sister is a figure skater and she skates in the area that my barn is in. Usually we spend 3 days a week there (we stay at her coaches house), so we only have to make that drive once a week. But since the pandemic, we haven’t been able to stay down there. ❤️

Thank you so much! And I agree - Cloud doesn’t ride quite like Theo, but his movements are bigger than Ben’s and Preacher’s, so it doesn’t feel as drastic to get on Theo after I ride Cloud (if that makes since) 😅

Hi, I know that dreamer was your sisters horse, but what happened with it?
My sister is married and moved a few hours away from us. So we ended up moving Dreamer to a barn close to her ❤️
I’ve hit myself in The lip with the metal part of my horses lead rope before and my lip swelled up really bad🙄😂

Looking great! Can I ask why you ride Theo in western tack? Just wondering! Theo is such a handsome horse and you look really really good in him! It’s so exciting that you’ll be jumping next week! My barn is finally opening after three months of not riding! I will hopefully be able to ride this week! Fingers crossed!
Thank you! I’m very happy you’re going to (possibly) ride this week! I was really nervous to start riding Theo again, so my trainers wanted me to start out in a Western saddle so I would feel more secure. My confidence has come a long way on him - hopefully I’ll switch back to English soon. 😊

Oh okay, I've never seen my horses do that but they also dont have much clover in their field.

I had a bad fall on Theo (I got stepped on) which really knocked my confidence on him. So for the time being, I’ve been riding him in the Western saddle so I feel more secure. I’d say I’m almost ready to go back to English on him 😌❤️
