Judiciary, Investigating agencies or the government...As a common citizen of India, I would request all the people in power to make a law for time bound decisions in all such cases and ensure the justice is done within a stipulated time period.

According to supreme court, freedom of speech is absolute and not relative. Advocates are supposed to do a " due diligence " exercise before presenting any material before the court. If they cannot do who else will do ? After all advocates are being engaged to assist the court for decision making by a judge.

When u say any thing in public platform u need not to prove until or unless the person concerned ask u to do so. But in parliament, whatever u say, need to be proved and if u fail, will liable for punishment. This is not d place os spit & run.
