Go into Wallet and hit send, then type In Coinbase to address bar. You should see a contact that displays your email address, but has a different address than the one in your wallet. Send your funds there. But make sure it’s YOUR email displayed.
The transfer should take about 5-10 min to go back to your Coinbase account.
