ingredients :
400 ml of orange juice
sugar as desired , according to the sweetness of the orange juice.
3 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of butter
some desiccated coconut
mint leaves to decorate (optional)

SUCCESS! it can take anywhere between 7 and 11 minutes for the mixture to thicken.
back to my original sayings
Me and my mother just tried this, we used self raising flour instead of cornstarch, but regular flour or all purpose flour works too this is just the only flour we have. We've just put it in the fridge and I'm gonna be updating this. Update: using flour does not completely solidy enough for it to be taken out, in its shape. When you loosen the edges and take it out, it will break down. Use cornstarch if you want to maintain its shape. Because I have to eat therest of my desert right out of the cup.
We just got cornstarch to try it again the next day!
The color and consistency is exactly like the video, I know it will perfectly solidify this time!
The jellowy texture is so good, it sticked to its shape even though I had to remove some because it didn't stand straight on its own. Soft, creamy and you can taste the orange in there! I added chocolate sorinkles as we don't have coconut!
You can also make it with any fruit juice of your choice!
I'd also recommend to sieve everything, it makes the pudding jigglier and it's smoother and softer.
Wow guys, I didn't expect this many likes!! It's also best to cover it up or pour it in an airtight container.
How did I taste? Was it worth the try or should I just eat my oranges as as they are?

@@E_l_l_i_e it tasted a little sour because our oranges are sour and the sugar apparently wasn't enough but, it tastes good! If you like such a dessert and oranges too then I'd recommend this!

Use of flour in place of cornstarch is a good substitute but use 2 times the amount of flour to cornstarch. 3 tablespoons of corn starch requires 6 tablespoons of regular all purpose flour. Self rising has baking powder added to it as a levening agent to cause cakes etc to rise.
