The joke wasn’t even disrespectful, Chris was just doing his job
It was a crappy job, but he was doing his job.
Much more harsh😂
0:44 Wesley’s reaction 😂
XD
When Wesley slapped the other kid, he deserved it... The kid was being a nuisance not allowing Wesley to access his locker, putting hands all over him, and just being rude verbally. Wesley gave him lots of chances/time to back off but he didn't ; definitely deserved that slap. Sure, it's sad that he was going through lots at home but that isn't any excuse to bully someone.
Ikr
Fr
I know, he was literally provoking him, the bully has a problem at his house but that is not an excuse to let that anger toward other people. They were mad at the son but not the bully, instead be mad at violence at least talk about bullying too but anyway at least it has a happy ending.
@@najellybean7389 yeah it's fine to be upset if people are being rude or being mean to you but you can't just hurt them for that but once they put your hands on you whatever you do they deserve it you shouldn't start a fight with somebody unless they put their hand on you first
@@Cam12386 at certain moments you have to be the one that need to act first. As a victim of bullying what he did was right
When a bully corners a much smaller kid, and provokes him with a chant that humiliates him and calls him a wimp, then what the hell do you expect? Honestly the principal's self-righteous outrage upset me way more than the kid slapping the bully. Does she not understand human nature?
Exactly , she gave the bully the Benefit of the doubt but only saw the slap
Agreed, as a victim of bullying and abuse, I HATED that scene: the bully provokes a chant, insults and threats the victim, and when this one defends himself, the principal ONLY calls on the student defending himself, she even has THE NERVE to excuse the bully with "he's having a hard time with his parents separating". Excuse me??? So you justify a kid bullying and harassing his classmates because he has problems (like EVERYONE has) but then you punish a child for defending himself? What was he supposed to do, let him get mocked and hurt? I'm sorry, but it's flippant that part was portrayed as the victim being in the wrong.
Finally. Someone in their right senses. I don’t know if you watch these unironically or like YMS but at least someone gets that hey, sometimes when a big guy corners you and you try peacefully to defuse the situation but it fails then clearly you only have one option. Same for if the bully actually started hitting him. I get you can still get punished for doing something normally bad even if you have an actual good reason for once but it’s saying if you need to just take it.
Sadly this happens in schools too
It's self defense
The actress playing the mother/wife is absolutely beautiful.

The kid who was pushing him into to the locker as she walked up and seen should have went to the office Not the kid that slapped him We have the right to defend are selfs not just be victims cuz So called shoving isnt Bullying apparently when she saw him shove him into the locker like 3 times
Defending yourself in that situation may require violence, but violence isn't always the best way to defend yourself in every situation! So it's reasonable in these circumstances but not in those in the addressed video.

It concerns me that when the principal sees Wesley slapping Ben, she doesn't ask him about why he slapped Ben, or make any attempt to find out more about what happened. As someone who works in an elementary school, I find this principal's behavior to be wildly unprofessional.
ye
Exactly
Yup that's the logic too.
its just a video
The principal or teachers should not take sides as much as possible before the result of investigation is done. I don't like those kind of school principal. Just like my math teacher in elementary. He never asked me why I'm not helping on cleaning our classroom. He didn't know that the doctor forbidden me to expose myself to dust due to my asthma. He humilated me for not helping my classmates and our leader in cleaning schedule even rediculed me right infront of that mean teacher. And that made me hate schooling. I rather have a personal tutor. If my parents had just accepted that I'm not for normal school, I'm maybe successful in life. Until now, I'm still struggling for at least appreciation of others toward me. I'm so afraid of rejection.

Lolllll IKRRRR
as someone who got bullied her whole childhood & teenage hood, violence is the solution when it comes to certain situations. for exemple, when i tried to defend myself with words, it just got worse and worse. people wouldn’t learn. i never believed in violence when i was younger. i always used my words and it never stopped. one time, i got tired of all the bullying, and only slapping the hell of that bully in the face made her learn… it was that specific time she stopped bullying me. some people only learn with violence…
thank you!
wow so sad that you got bullied...u okay now?
I get bullied all the time and to be honest, I really wanted to get violent and sometimes I did even if I knew I wasn't supposed to. Even if i told someone and they did something about it they would keep doing it. At the time I really, REALLY wanted to beat the heck out of all of them, but I now don't and I haven't for a long time, even if its hard, so I know how you feel about getting bullied and I'm sorry you had to go through all that
lol u savage but great jpb for sticking up for urself!
So true. It was a good video but adults always say violence is "never the answer" when in the real words your words wont get you very far in some situations....

This ain’t jumping the shark, this is flying right over it 😭😭😭
I get the message and I agree with it, but I'm also seeing different story being told here. The principal enters the hallway and clearly witnesses the bullying and hears the entire hallway chanting this insult, but the bullying seemingly goes unpunished. Which kind of gives "bullying is okay but retaliating is not" vibes. There should have been a scene with the bullying being reprimanded as well. I'm happy to see the differences being worked out and a friendship forming in the end, but would have liked to see the bully in some sort of trouble as well, not just the bullied. Am I the only one that noticed this?

LIFE IS CRUEL accept it atleast you some teacher imagine people who can't study 😅

I like how she saw him getting bullying too, so fking useful and solving
Correct
Well at least the part with the school administrations response was accurate. They see a kid physically restraining, publicly shaming, and bullying another child, and when that child eventually hits their limit and strikes back, the only one to get in trouble is the kid that was being bullied in the first place. Saw that exact scenario play out dozens of times while in school. Have also seen plenty of reconciliation attempts with bullies, and they never go as amicably as the one at the end of this video. It takes personal growth on both sides for that to happen. Nowhere in this video was there any kind of lesson about how to address conflict correctly. It only gave the message that "violence is bad mmmkay", with absolutely no attention spent on alternative de-escalation techniques. "Just be good little submissives everybody.... There are ways to address this without violence.... Oh you want to see examples... nah... just don't be violent, that's all you need to know.". The little boy in this video actually demonstrated impressive restraint throughout the entire ordeal. He didn't slap the kid until he had been physically restrained, assaulted multiple times, and experienced significant harassment. I'll be the one to say it. It is never acceptable to address conflict with physical violence... UNLESS the source of that conflict is endangering you directly, has physically assaulted you, or is creating a clear and immediate danger to you or others. That kid was well within his rights to hit the bully as soon as the bully restrained him and continued to lay hands on him in a confrontational manner.
The host had it coming 😂😂😂😂😂 😂 😂😂😂 😂😂 😂
the message of this one really resonates me "it's okay to be physically abusive to your smaller classmates if your dad abandons you, but it's not okay to defend yourself when you're being assaulted" , they're not just telling stories, they're changing lives!
EDIT: thank you for 600 likes
Forgot to mention the fact that the only way you can solve an argument with someone is to buy them an expensive present.
Lmao
Um... That's mean...
I know where you're coming from. If I didn't defend myself in Jr high and High School I wouldn't be here today. Or alive with mental scares. My dad taught me how to defend myself. Just enough to wound someone and get away. I defended the kids that needed help before Jr high. But it didn't get serious until Jr high. These were just baby fights anyway. But there's a moral to the story. I'm glad he defended himself.
well its not like that . they said nothing about being okay or not that's just what you may have interpreted it to be but you got to know that the final word or reaction is what states the situation thus is considered more relevant i mean its not okay to be physically abuse but if you react the same we are not getting anywhere but if you act reasonably the situation can be solved however if you "defend yourself" that way you are going to perpetuate your the problem
😂😂😂 I love that Elijah slapped Corey 😅😅
10:45 gotta love how he was getting harassed for like 10 minutes and nothing, and in the 22.336 milliseconds in which his palm made contact with the bully kid face, this NPC spawns in and says “in my office now 😡” when she was just standing there waiting for him to fight back so she could spawn and say “cmeres boys lets mes takes cares ofs yous yous bads kids!1!!1
...how is slapping someone over a joke the same as defending yourself when someone is hitting you, actually attacking you, and refusing to allow you to leave a situation? That was bullshit, and the kid was in the right for hitting the bigger bully. But A+ realism for the school punishing the victim.

Yeah Wesley was just defending himself, he was trapped in a corner by the bully totally different from the Father's situation. This video has a very mixed message if you ask me.
This video has a stupid message.
This video is so liberated. There is a difference between Violence and Self Defense. At the Oscars, that was violence, and could've been handled differently. But with the kids, the bully had his hands on him to the point where he couldn't move. He was right to slap that kid, because it was self defense, and the kid left him alone after that.

Physical violence is never ok but even words can cut
Much deeper than a slap in the face
They leave emotional scares and I wish that would have been included in this video
Words can hurt for sure and have an effect.
The difference between father and son was that the son was physically provoked, unlike the father. If a man puts his hands on you, it IS okay to fight back. It's not okay to hit anyone if someone is talking bad about you or your family, but by all means, you beat someone's ass if they put their hands on you. I don't care if anyone disagrees.

However the father's actions at the awards ceremony isn't quite an apples-to-apples comparison to the son standing up to what amounts to a schoolyard bully. After all, the bully kept on tormenting the son and repeatedly *laying his hands on him* on more than one occasion without provocation.
Exactly. What illogical people.
Yes what the child did was right, the bully is not doing it as a job
Great message! So true! Just a thing…..,mayb the bully should’ve also apologized for his behaviour … too
The way the teacher didn’t even do anything while she saw the bully saying Wesley the wimp but the moment he tried to stand up for himself in a violent way bc he wouldn’t stop when wesley asked him nicely is why kids resort to violent ways
Ben had it coming. That was completely deserved. Going through tough times doesn’t give you an excuse to be a fool and bully other kids.
Not to mention Ben was also pushing, poking, and shoving him. Don’t know why Wesley didn’t mention that to anyone after
Personally as a kid the bullies I knew were the children of lawyers, doctors, and business execs. Always let their kids be assholes cus they were too busy making money and bullying other adults. They figure their kid will just “grow out of it”. Sike, they grow INTO it

Generally when people are going through tough times, they take it out on others.
agreed

That slap was personal💀
5:57 bro im actually laughing so hard
I know violence isn't the answer but sometimes you have to fight back if it's to protect yourself
Yeah true
I let God (my Father in heaven) fight my battles. 🙏☺
@@cynthia_womanofgod9561 Cool and all but sometimes you literally have to fight back 💀
@@beomzhour the best trick to win a fight just take a watermelon and break it on top of your opponent’s head
@@thunderstar5039 I’m a martial artist but thanks for the advice
Unfortunately I have to disagree in that situation involving the bully and the victim. In that instance he used to slap as a last resort which is what he should’ve done. Part of the problem is actually people thinking violence never wolves anything. That is only true in some circumstances. But if someone comes at you with their fists and you know you can fight back you should do so. The situation with the comedian however violence did not need to be used there. If the bully situation matched that situation it would’ve been a lot better.
🤓
I like how the principal told Wesley to go to his office for slapping him but before he did she didn't stop the bully from bullying him.
This is the first time Jay is not being a trouble maker in dhar Mann's video.
Even after they said his dad left his mom I still wouldn’t have said sorry, kid was bullying him and another kid and didn’t do it again until he got the knocked out of him. I was always told if someone puts their hands on you and they are pushing you around then let them have it. Sometimes words don’t do anything except make the situation longer and worse
I agree, they just said that about his parents to guilt trip the true victim of this whole situation, which is wrong
True
i agree, words are worse then violence.
@@Muffinagar yeah I agree as well
dam u really wrote all this
11:09 that doesn't excuse the fact that he was being a Bully to someone just because they're unhappy with their own personal life
Exactly, bruh, just because you are unhappy with your life, doesn't mean you can go around bullying on others
The dad left to go get the milk
After the “slap” the rest of the audience still smiled 💀💀💀
So the teacher sees him getting bullied but once he defends himself it's suddenly a problem?
Funny how the school moment was accurate.
Wesley was getting bullied, teacher acted like nothing happened even when she was in front of it, he fought back.
Of course he got sent to the office.
It honestly felt like they were giving ben time off for “traumatic experience at home” and getting slapped when he was a really nas bully
Its sad that this is accurate
