I wish you all the best with your journey Nicky! Weight loss however is free, eating right and exercising is free. No need for expensive “weight loss medication”. The weight loss from this medication is temporary and does not teach discipline and healthy eating habits therefore rendering it useless eventually. I believe in you and you need to believe in you. ❤

Definitely! It seems like a good idea at first, but it’s just a temporary patch that has to be supported by good habits. It’s hard af to lose weight.Literally the worst thing I’ve ever made so many attempts on. But make sure you’re taking care of yourself, Kitty! Regardless I wish u the best

This is partly true but losing weight using medication might help make working out easier and strain her back less, and it can have a positive snowball effect for changing certain habits. No matter what, I think we all support her in her efforts. ❤
