In Russia you must to study for 2 months to take a pass to en exam. You have to pass exam of your drivers school and after that you take an exam in a police. Also they check up your medical conditions. But it doesn't help to Russians be more polite and caring on the roads.

90% of the accidents are intersection related XD They should really have speed limits for intersections. Most of the deaths occur at intersections. Intersections should have a merging lane independent of the main road to avoid any accidents :(

@@newgate9661 мало того что Микра двигалась по обочине так её водитель ещё и не справился с управлением после того как резко дал вправо когда Газель сместилась чуть правее. Его занесло в результате его же действий, а не по вине газели. Хотя чисто формально Газель тоже нарушала, двигаясь по обочине и не включив правый поворот при перестроении на неё

90% of the accidents are intersection related XD They should really have speed limits for intersections. Most of the deaths occur at intersections. Intersections should have a merging lane independent of the main road to avoid any accidents :(

Я стараюсь смотреть все ролики с ДТП и пришел к выводу, что так оно и есть, 90% именно из-за того что в падлу было пропустить, даже если там виновное лицо, при этом всегда имея возможность просто притормозить или остановиться и пропустить "баклажана". (многие даже тупо не тормозят, как ехали, так и врезаются)
Бред. Практически везде до последнего не ясно что он дальше попрёт. А если из-за каждого так тормозить то в жопу заезжать каждый день будут.
