Besan-1.5 cup
Sugar-3 tbsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Lemon juice-1-2 tbsp
Water for required
Dhokla Water:-
Oil-1 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Kadhi patta
Green chilli-4
Water-1/2 cup
Sugar-2 tbsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
