How to sync your Steam inventory with Warframe

Can't seem to see Phased Skins you own in-game? DE implemented a way to synchronize your Steam inventory with the game.

i dont have that optin :| and i got the game on steam but i cant get the items from steam inventory in the game

I think By installing steam and play it through steam. It will auto connect. If its not connecting, there will be a pop up icon somewhere asking you to sync your steam ACC with your warframe acc. BTW, any beta players here? XD
